Okay so a big confusion has taken place after watching the fake packaging of Lakme iconic kajal bcoz many of us in the comment section have bought it from nykaa only and have received the product in the packaging shown for fake one. Their customer service is shit, send wrong messages by saying the product couldn't be delivered but on the Nykaa app it shows shipping and receive the product the next day. I mean, what's up with you, Nykaa? Up your game already. Edit : I received my Nykaa package today and I purchased a Lakme Absolute Blur Primer and guess what? IT WAS FAKE. The packaging looked so cheap and flimsy and the font, I could easily understand it was fake. Never ever shopping from Nykaa again. Authorized my bullshit.

After seeing this video m really confusd n scared that i might got fake products from nykaa ..i recently ordered a combo of Maybelline lash sensational mascara n garnier micellar water .. both were written in different languages (one spanish one Chinese i guess) when i asked they said that this was manufactured out side the country n it's authentic as they only provide authentic products .. i will never buy a single thing from nykaa if these are fake products..

Nykaa sells everything original but they increase the price and add some discount to show the customers that they are a good deal .If you compare it with other websites like Amazon or Flipkart they(nykaa products) are expensive. So please before purchasing anything check the same products on different websites so that you get the product in its actual price.

You mess up the real and fake eyeconic kajal together the white is fake and the black one is authentic even in the Karina Kapoor Khan advertise the black one. While on the white one it is write 10hours but the real one is written in 22 hours even in the adds.. so you just messed up the real and the fake. And the line over e it supposed be like ē not é

I am a makeup junkie and I totally support nykaa and IT DOES NOT sell fake products. I have bought maybelline, innisfree, l.a girl, huda beauty, nyx, wet and wild, makeup revolution, freshlook lens, the face shop, mac and miss claire products from Nykaa and I genuinely feel they all are REAL AF. Stop throwing shade and spreading hate, always. Those of you who think you got a fake one probably doesnt know how to use it exactly or might just not be suiting ur skin, no offense. If there is something wrong with the packaging then it maybe the harsh transportation that made it that way as why would a site sell broken products when they know the buyers can rightfully ask them to replace/refund it. Just my opinions, Nykaa is really good tbh.

It's indeed a helpful video but for such identification we need to have both products side by side, what if someone's buying these products for the first time? As you have mentioned the eyeconic kajal in black packaging is fake then let me tell you when you buy it on any lakme store or online, it comes with this black packaging only n not the white one .

Fake Huda beauty lipstick is exactly like the original one the only difference is the size of bottle even the fake one has the shade name at bottom and the one in the video the fake one is exactly the same size as 'so called' original and they are completely two different looking pakages you should have bought the same kind of package lipstick and then told the difference. Even the fake hb lipstick has sweet fragrance
I want to say thank you for doing all the videos that you have done. You are an amazing teacher. I am 28 years old and I didn't wear much makeup until 2 years ago. And I am now confident enough (thanks to you) to wear color, any color, and all colors that I want to!! My self confidence is so much better. I trusted Nykaa for genuine products, but they broke my trust... I love Mascaras and I always try to experiment different brands. I ordered a mascara from Bukas and the moment I opened the package, I knew it was fake. The packaging was really cheap and the product was literally stinking! I couldn't bear its smell anywhere around me, let aside putting it on my eyelashes! I couldn't return it, so it went straight into my dustbin! Such a horrible experience. Another advice for all those thinking of buying any shampoo from Nykaa, don't! They don't handle the shampoos well and half of the content spills out and gets wasted even before the package arrives!

I got fake nyx soft matte crame lipstick n Maybelline gel eyeliner(both were made in China product) n I also think revolution eyeshadow palette which I got is also fake cause the colour is not pigmented as it should be 😥😔 so much of money... hi shreya , i bought maybelline lash sensational from NYKAA , turns out that the mascara has pathetic chemical smell to it and moreover the products thickness and texture varies too , so i am definitely no in favor of NYKAA here .
I have some serious concern about the nyx soft matte lipstick .... if u see the original there is a prominent heart logo but the ones nykaa provides doesnt have any heart logo in in it !!! Although the formulation n smell is alright but i still have some doubts about its authenticity bcoz the original brand website never declared that they changed the packaging !!!

Yes...I have a fake product which is by the way is from the "fake Huda beauty store" it is their liquid lipstick and now when I have came to know that it is a fake product I feel like throwing it and I will be throwing it.
I never trust Amazon for the make-up items as I & few of my friends have received the fake products everytime (though they refunded the money). Nykaa is trustworthy and delivers within 2 days so I always prefer buying makeups from Nykaa only.

The same lakme eyeconic which she is saying to be fake is there on nykaa. Nykaa claims that it sells only original products and therefore gives less discount than Amazon , but it is fake itself.

I purchased loreal black magique bold from shoppers stop bandra .. n when I reached home and tried it .. it had no color despite of even pressing it hard on my hand to swatch it.. i was shocked that even shoppers stop has fake products.. never shopped there again

Nykaa team never ever accepts slightly critical reviews as well. Amazon has such transparency. I font know who in Nykaa is reviewing the revirws coz I gave four stars once and one single line about delivery issue and still my review was not accepted.
She doesn't look fat to me She looks thick that's it And even in her channel I never found her looking slim like how u say. She does look different here maybe becoz of her outfit or camera angle or this might be old video.
The Lakme Eyeconic Kajal that has been told fake in the video is actually the real one, and the one told real is the fake one. No fake product would have a hallmark of the company on it.
