The descriptions on the jobs are not bug. It is for you fill in, so you know what the job is for and describe the purpose of it. That is just the nature of the jobs since they can do many different things and sometimes you need a description of what the job is for and what it does. And also, on the merge replication I would like to point out that going from the publisher to the subscriber is fast, but Subcriber to Publisher is very slow. So if you want to do bulk updates do them on the Publisher.
Good day, I have been working in SQL database Data analyst for about 3 years now i would like to get some assistance regarding this i have setup replications and it works 100%. i have an issue where i have a traditional PUSH replication to my of side subscriber. The client site does have internet but not stable i am not replicating everything only vew things. my data is not constant and not always up to date. is there a way i can get in contact with you and talking about this.?
