very influential started doing a lot of tonys workout defiently have seen a dramatic turn in my cardio and my strength thank you for helping me get back off the couch and helping me I'm down from 265 to 225 while doing retaining walls and for side work concrete and mixed martial arts again

WTF! I got a charlie horse watching this insane workout. Wow. What did he do wake up one morning and say "let's put a heavy bag on the back of a truck. A weight vest and prowler on my body and chase the bag. Very different training. But efficient.

It's to make it seem like you doing high altitude training.

To restrict respiration. Doesn't necessarily have to emulate high altitude, but it will help to train the body to control breathing and work hard while having to breath properly.

Saurabh m generally having good quality of life means being able to enjoy a hobby of some sort in your spare time. Even better for you if your hobby revolves around keeping fit. Would you have said the same thing if this was a video of someone mountain climbing? or painting a picture? Those are hobbies that people enjoy in their spare time. I wonder if you would also class those as frivolous. So either this comes down to you thinking the things depicted in this video are a joke, or, you live in a country which has basically extinguished social and personal freedom. Either way I feel sorry for you. Come to the western world some time. It's not all great, but it's not all bad either.

Harry D I'm a citizen of a western country and lived there for 10 years. Honestly I got sick of the mundane, predictable, sterile and robotic existence that you live. I left and now live in a "third world " nation but the place has character. I feel sorry for you. And coming to this workout routine, its just ridiculous. The time it takes to set up these exercises, you could knock off 3 miles.
