I'm a 19 year old, happily single. The problem is that most people want to be in a relationship, just because they see people around them being committed. Initially, everybody notices the looks, but they lately realise that, looks are temporary. Loved it Prerna! I have a similar story, though mine is an arranged marriage but that one thing that I felt after talking to my husband in the first meeting was that, even after being a really shy person, I was pretty comfortable talking to him. We didn't ask much from each other, we just discussed in general as two strangers but there was a positive vibe that I felt talking to him and I was not worried at all, I was surprised why I am so comfortable with this person, while I hated such meetings...... In my prayers after my marriage , I usually have one thing to say, " Thank you " Its been 12 years now and the feeling is still the same :)

for me i will marry when i am ready... today the condition of a woman in society is not a good position... for me if you do love or arrange marriage take 3-5 years atleast to realise is he or she gives value of your thinking... bcz it is ok to be different thinking,life style or anything... and we all have heard that 10 years relationship also breaks... so it's not about the years it's about the fact how both of you handle it.. bcz if you break up for not matching your thinking or life style it really doesn't matter... the matter is how he or she gives respect your values... understand you... listen you... give a chance you to show your priorities... i am 24 now and i have been in a relationship for 6 years but but this lockdown made me realise that it's not that important what is more important to become a person, indipendent, make your one boss lady... i will definitely gonna marry him but before i want to love myself, do something for myself... stop liveing for others... live for yourself first... the women out their remember you are the most powerful ❤️🔥

Same experience I had faced and now I stopped making checklists and thinking about the future partner too because I felt that mostly boys were pretty bad and they always be remained the same and then realized that you can't get a good guy you just need to adjust with themselves and I never given up and still so. Dirty society and their thinking were also pretty bad..so disgusting..lost all the hopes about that thing and just believe myself in myself only.

I met my husband @ the age 19 and proposed at 21 and got marriage at 25 :-) happy ending Then comes the family and life is totally hell , life is not just about boy friend and husband it’s about in-laws and there Tantrums, it happens to me I can’t say it to everyone.

That's so true.. evaluate yourself, not the other! You got really emotional to the end....my advice to the young girls out there is.. always remember there is more than meets the eye. Make a checklist, but don't be rigid about it. Also listen to your instinct/heart. Don't ignore that 6th sense!
