So cool ! Leo from July or August? Leo is pieces (march), but I prefer Leo rather then Nemo 🤣 My sun rising sign is Leo as well, but I am January Capricorn
Enjoy puppy life period!! Remembering when my Golden was a puppy, it was all so overwhelming for the first 3/4 month. Wish i had enjoyed it more relaxed without being scared by the tornado he was 😂. Once but never again, cherish the moment ☀
I feel it’s nobody’s business why you have such a darling young puppy. You obviously love him and are responsibly caring for him. The critical folk are jealous.
Thank you 🙏 for the kind comment. Good to read something positive 🫶🏻🍀 I understand people’s concerns and I already explained the reason. I wouldn’t take the responsibility if I was not ready for this. People love to dramatise things and try to make a point by giving their two cents. I don’t pay much attention 😂. I’ve been thought way worse situations in life, so such comments are just small stones on my path.
🫶🏻😂🍀 Thank you. Yes!! Apparently, he likes all narrow spots!! Our Lucky loved sleeping/napping in de 1 m^2 place where we keep the washing machine 🤣 🤷♀️🙉
😂😂 I actually don’t worry anymore because the upstairs neighbour is working on my nerves almost a year 😂 kids running and screaming, renovations 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
@@LeoWaffles omg i had neighbors upstars like that for one yr. It got real nasty i would fight with the wife cuz she would stomp her feet when she walked around it felt like an earthquake and would wake me up. Fortunately they moved out after a yr but that yr was hell. I hope your neighbors move soon to 🙏
@@blessembreaks Wow !!! Happy for you! Nothing worst than noisy neighbours… 😂😂😂 Unfortunately ours won’t move because they own the apartment… But I am game to move out anytime. For the price we pay rent, we deserve something more wayyyy more quiet 🤗
Ahahahaha 😂😂😂 My mother in law (she is Portuguese 🇵🇹 ) was the first thing she saw on the video. She called to tell me : “Is Felipe leaving his socks on the floor again?!” 😂😂 Bustedddd. By the way, Leo is going to visit Portugal as soon as he is fully vaccinated 🤗 I am huge fan of your beautiful country, perfect food and amazing people!
@@LeoWaffles🥹My GOD! I am emocionada because you have got Portuguese in your Family! And you are visiting PORTUGAL!❤ Yes we are nice people we have good weather and great FOOD 👌 Now I even like more of your Family! And yes little dogs love socks very much!😂And if they are on floor, your husband must buy a lot of them...😂Nice weekend🙏
@@mariaclaracosta9420 Felipe is born in Brazil. His mom lives in Brazil, but his father (Brazilian with Portuguese origins) and his step mom (Portuguese form Espinho) live in Belgium. So, you can imagine what the family gatherings look like..100% Portuguese :D .. So, I learned to speak and read Portuguese, but with the Brazilian accent. Writing is still a problem so, I use dictionary :D :D . Looking forward to go again, but this time I want to explore the North!
@@LeoWaffles Beautiful Family you have! Ok thanks for your answer! I enjoy very much! And yes the North of Portugal is very marvellous! You will like a lot! I am sure! South is more beaches! I wish you husband and Leo a great travelling to Portugal! Bye 🥰⚘️🙋♀️
Je vous souhaite avec Léo autant d'amour et de bonheur parfois de bêtises que j'ai pu avoir avec ma Cassiopee (Cassie). Un peu plus de 15 ans pour nous. 🦮💜🥰
❤️ Thank you for the beautiful comment!!! I hope that it goes both ways. In the morning, when I open the door and I see how happy he is … it is so cute.. he jumps around, bites, gives kisses! Soon, I will publish another video to show this 😂 🫶🏻🍀 Thank you for watching and commenting! ❤️
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 True!!! Actually the upstairs neighbour is quite a b*** because he is renovating his apartment and does not care if it is weekend or weekday... even at 10pm … So, I should let Leo cry and bark as long as he wants 🫶🏻😂 neighbour war is on 🤣
@@larissa-nn8ng He already stopped crying 😂 🥳🍾!! Now he only barks wiggles his tail and barks one or two times at 6am. By the way he gets heavy and uncomfortable to carry around 😂 So, that ship has sailed 🫶🏻
Yes, we got ours at 5w old. In summary : mom had no milk to breastfeed the litter, a guy who has a lab had her own litter and was breastfeeding the goldens. Leo was eating solid food already and I told the guy that 5w is way too baby, but unfortunately here it is wild Bulgaria and some people amaze the way they handle things.
Hahah 😂 not mine. All my books are removed from there because I don’t want Leo to be tempted to read about immunology and cancer 😂 He will become depressed and burnt out 😂😂😂😂
A question out of left field to all dog lovers. Would you consider that there is a line between being a responsible owner and an obsessive compulsive dog parent. I know too many people today who spend ungodly amounts of time , money and efforts to dote on their pets, when instead they could help a dozen dogs , if they shared the resources with the shelter and if cared for dogs in general and not only the one they own.
Hey :) I like your comment! My first labrador Lady was 4 months old, and I got her when I was 12yo. We saved her from an abusive owner. Lady passed from lymphoma the 13th of January 2017, and 1 year later we adopted an abandoned 4 yo labrador, Tayson, from a shelter in Belgium. He lives there with my parents. When me and my man relocated in Bulgaria, we found a stray male golden retriever, Lucky in December 2023 (have a vlog with him), we took him home. Unfortunately, he passed away in March 2024. (I wrote a detailed explanation in another comment). In the meantime, we helped another stray dog who was found. In Bulgaria, the problem with stray animals is huge... Despite the fact that the country is part of the EU. This is by the way one reason my best friend and I started a non-profit organisation to Bulgaria to collect money for care of street animals (castration, vaccination, food ect.) Personally, I donate where can and as much as I can for stray and abandoned animals. The sad part is, there are way to many and It is impossible to help all of them.
soak 3:55 them in luke warm water and give it to your dog as it a very young age his teeth are not very strong and can break i do the same i hope this helps
Tried it but he wouldn’t eat them… He preferred them like this 🧐. I started mixing them with tuna, white chicken breast ect. Anyway, he enters his 9th week now ☺️
Hi 👋 Now he eats dry food for puppies from Royal Canine, but we also give him cooked chicken breast, canned tuna in brine, and sometimes a little red meat. I often mix the dry food with the chicken breast or with the tuna. He loves green apples and watermelon 🍀 I would like to dry a carrot, but it might be too early.
Why fluffy baby 🐶 goes under the couch 🛋️ - because this is ancient instinct “to hide in a hole” in ground , it comes from ancient animal world - wolfs 🐺 are doing there , foxes 🦊 etc - they live in a holes , & watching the world from a hole & leave it when they define that it’s safety outside the hole 🏞️🌳🌲 He observing the world from safe position from his “hole” 👀🛋️ 😁😁😁😁 🐾🐾
Woooowww!! You make an excellent point!! It makes sense indeed! 🙌 🍀 Thank you for sharing! Leo is currently sleeping under the couch 😁🤗 (In Bulgaria it is 22h12min)
I wish I knew … All I know is that the father is English Cream and the mother is a Golden with a darker fur. I have a picture of both. The person told me that the Golden mother had no milk, and he has a lab who just had puppies and was also breastfeeding the golden pups. I don’t know whether I should believe this or not… but thats all I know. Hope this answers your question. 🫶🏻
Hello. Thank you for commenting. We are following the vet instructions. He doesn't eat only dry food, although it is recommended. It is not 'bad for the health' of a puppy. On the contrary, it is good for the teeth. However, I mix the granules with tuna, salmon and also chicken breast that I prepare at home specially for him. Don't worry about his health. After all, I have MSc. in medical research and I know also things about animal care :). Greetings
@@shelleyscloud3651 Excuse me, but rude ? In what way was I rude? Please elaborate. Just asked to look it up. That’s it. What is this? Nowadays, just because you don’t like an answer, it is immediately rude? I specifically said “Nothing personal”. You have to understand that I can not sit here and repeat myself 10000 times :)
First, I apologise if my first answer seemed rude. So, here you go: “Yes, we know that. I made it pretty clear to the person from whom we took Leo. I was very pissed that day, even though I did not show it on camera (other video). But unfortunately there was no mom… Leo was breastfed by another dog. We took the responsibility because we can take care of him. The day after the adoption we went to the vet and she gave us instructions on what to do. Not some crazy rocket science 😊 We both work from home and we have quite a lot free time to educate and play with him. It is my fourth dog and I am quite used to this. Now that I think about it, I don’t remember life without a dog 😁. Today he is 8 weeks old and he knows already a few commands, moreover he knows where to do his business! He hasn’t destroyed anything, and he can stay alone when we have to go grocery shopping. During this time (1-2h) he behaves well (we’ve placed a camera with a mic to check on him). During our absence he either sleeps or plays with his toys. He also sleeps thought the night and wakes up at 6 - 6h30 :) To be honest I am pretty proud of him!
And I hate receiving random comments. Why are you attacking me? I am not giving him “Kibble from China”. He eats Royal Canin granules. In addition, he eats tuna, salmon, chicken breast, and beef as well. Don’t judge without knowing. After all, I am a medical researcher and I am well educated to know what to do and what not to do. Have a great day
@@LeoWaffles Yeah, all that 'knowledge' has reduced the life expectancy of dogs from the days when they enjoyed table scraps. So your answer is Royal Canin granules? Processed Dog Food? You people make me sick!
@@jeanmorse3412 Here you go, attacking again, and literally for no reason. You are not even bothering to read the part where I wrote that I give him chicken breast, salmon, tuna and beef, which I buy and prepare at home! You can ask any vet, but they actually recommend dry food. I am not saying that I agree 100%. However, you chose to read only the Royal Canin part. I am considering of switching fully to the above mentioned protein sources and completely remove the granules. Aflatoxin is definitely not a joke and is a recognised problem, and this not only for dogs! Show me your credentials in dog nutrition or at least one of the three FELASA certificates. Then we can discuss things about animal welfare, nutrition etc. I am open to such discussions every time!! If you leave me a comment like this, your human diet and physical fitness better be at their best! Have a great day !
I am sorry to disappoint you, but Leo behaves pretty well 🍀 I am showing our reality and we are pretty happy that he learned where the pee and poo place is 🫶🏻
@@Crashtian Well 😂😂 we are surprised as you are! I deleted the part where he went to pee on the pads because I don’t think it is appropriate to show this on RU-vid. He does that immediately after waking up. I explained already why we adopted him at 5w old, but the first two weeks we had to peepee train him on the pads. There were accidents for sure! But know we are done! You know, he learned somehow to hit the door of the terrace with his paw and when I open, the does number 2 😳 I was surprised because my fist dog (a lab) did exactly the same thing!
Hello 👋 I am a medical researcher and I know that as well :) The day of his adoption, I didn't ask the person about the age of the puppies, because I thought that people are smart enough to not do stupid things. We thought that Leo would be already 2-3 months and vaccinated. We even took a collar and leash! When we saw the puppies, we were shocked 😳 5w old... I was angry but tried not to show it. Unfortunately we are in Bulgaria, and there are no organisations to report such malpractices... I told the guy... 5w is way to baby... But we think that he just wanted to get rid of the puppies to avoid the cost of vaccines etc. I was extremely pissed on the way home. Leo was breastfed by another dog... but at 5w he was already eating solid food. So, Felipe and I looked at each other and we just took Leo… We gave the guy some cash and we took the road home. We both work from home and have more than sufficient time to play with him and educate him. By the way, Leo is my fourth dog :). So, the next day, we went to the vet because he had worms and fleas ( we killed 11 big once !!!). I think we did well taking him, because God knows how long he was going to stay there... I really didn’t trust the guy.. God knows what would have happened with Leo. Lately, I am really losing hope for humanity. I don't want to even think about it. Greetings:)

I don't know if you are aware, but the climate in Bulgaria favors all kind of microbes that harm the puppy. Especially during this season. We go outside but he stays in our arms. He stays often on our balcony for the sun and breath fresh air. Have a great day :) Greetings
