I learned that coffee is bad for depression 😫 and I’m about to have my second baby soon and I don’t know if I should cut it out so I don’t get anxiety and depression.

Have heard a couple people mention those "adrenal drinks"...I always wonder how it affects insulin? It seems like a lot of (natural) sugar and it makes me hesitant to try it. Is there a site or book you could recommend for me to learn more?

I don’t have any problem with it spiking my blood sugar but my coffees do😂 but definitely use at your own discretion! Basically the minerals and potassium found in coconut water paired with the vitamin c from certain juice is very very replenishing for your adrenal glands ☺️
