Situation:
Australian intel has provided multiple buildings within the town of Rockhampton that are currently occupied by PLA forces. We believe that they’re operating their regional HQ out of these locations. If they can be disrupted, it will provide a blow to PLA forces stationed within Queensland. Regimental and Battalion officers are expected to be operating out of these positions. S-2 believes these locations will also be ripe with actionable intel as well.
Mission:
1st PLT, D CO 2/75 RR will conduct a Direct Action Raid on key government buildings currently being used as BN HQ for PLA forces. Secure any actionable intel located. Kill or Capture any PLA officers we encounter. Secure the remainder of Rockhampton and prepare for a possible Counter-Attack or Exfil.
Commander’s Intent:
Disrupt or destroy enemy HQ location with minimal loss to US and ADF forces. The local populace hasn’t been observed in town for 48 hrs but may be held in holding areas.
