Awesome stuff! Typically these videos are made in 3d softwares such as Blender to simulate a minecraft world and do these crazy things with them. You can see the player movement looking kind of weird in certain clips, probably because even the player is created in a software instead of having to edit on top of minecraft footage, if that made any sense lol
