If you make the skark to hand held size you can add the big bit to it and have a hand held massive cleaner! That's how I clean my stairs!!

From what I can tell, they're not all that common in the UK, but it's really a pain to clean ceiling fans! They gather a lot of lint and dust and, at least in a nation with spiders, cobwebs if you don't clean them at least a handful of times a month. It is easier than it used to be now that they have those flat cleaning pads on the bendable extending tool that attracts all the grime.

How do you decide what to clean? Do you have a list or just do what you feel like doing when doing a power hour?

I tend to have a mental (sometimes written) list of the things that need doing because they are bugging me the most 😂

@@MummyofFourUK ok. I tend to avoid the things that bug me, it's silly really. It's like procrastination but with cleaning, i clean none urgent stuff or say "i need to do this first" (like tidy father than clean around the mess)

I am kind of jealous that you have a dining table that's light enough for one person to move so that you can easily clean underneath it. You also don't have the added component of a lot of pets to deal with, which helps.

What products do you use to clean your microfibre cloths? I don't know if I've bought too cheap cloths, but some of mine don't come out completely clean, there are still marks on them. Is it because I'm getting them too wet? I have a few dedicated for using in the sink, just a bit of washing - as we have a dishwasher - and they do get completely submerged. Beki x

Mine get washed with standard washing products (but no softener) on 60, with added disinfectant x
