@@florwalsims guess what happened so I downloaded the save file and love it but after the new kits came out it said that they require them so I had to buy them to play my game. Ea is playing people because you didn't use the new kit to build it. But it's cool now I have them all
Finally a save file that isn't a perfect utopian world where everything is rainbows and sunshine. I prefer to play dark and realistic stories, but the world does not fit my gameplay style. I've been looking for builds like this on the gallery, but most builds are clean, perfect mansions. This is just perfect for my story. I feel like I could drop my sims in here and they would fit right in. I'm in awe of how much detail is in this and how alive the world feels. GREAT job!
Finally. A save with realism and crime. I hate the Google search for save files because it always points to lists of tame and lame save files. Excellent work here. This save is fantastic.

I'm sorry but this save is literally perfect! I just moved my sims to a new save yesterday but I will definitely do the whole moving thing again today XD You managed to build something extremely realistic while keeping it almost CC free, it's amazing. Definitely downloading this, I'm tired of the "everything is happy and green and pretty" vibes of the towns in the game haha.

I literally have been playing with this save file for months now and I came here to beg for more worlds hahaha this cured my sims hiatus and burnout, I know its a lot of work but I thought maybe you could release like an unfinished version of the world like building shells plus trash and world decor first, and eventually you could get to decorating the interiors and the townies, it would feel like such a big release with a LOT of work for you

Honestly, I love this style you have, especially with the builds! Would love to see what Copperdale or Henford on Bagley would look like here. Ever thought about making old farming communities trying not to be overrun by crime and drugs? Feel like it'd be interesting.

i'm a sims 3 player but i think this is the first time i've seen someone else's sims 4 game that looked the way i wanted mine to look when i still played that one. everyone's nice cheery save files where nothing was wrong annoyed me (let alone how all the maxis worlds were like that), i had to spend so long scouring the gallery for grungy lots or building my own.

I was being sarcastic with the diverse comment. That church is amazing, firstly, I didn't know you could do that with community spaces... I have a church lot trait and venue type (I believe), but I'd much rather use your idea. I'd also love to use this idea on my San Myshuno (NY) save so Central Park is different in different seasons. Like change the baseball field into a skaterink.
