I'm living in the Nomentana-Piazza Bologna area.. and the reason why the rent is THAT affordable is because it's a basement! It sucks when things don't go how you planned, but I always remind myself that everything works out in the end. I'm 31 and that logic hasn't failed me yet lol
You're 100% right!! In the moment we too often forget to put things in perspective and look at the bigger picture.
