At this point can’t nobody in the building community sit with you💯the level of detail that you put into this build is amazing it’s a 10 in my book.

It's the bars on the windows for me!!😂I know you hear this all the time but WOW! You are AMAZING at what you do! What stood out to me the most was the realistic car port, the step-down from the formal living room to the sitting room, the realistic kitchen! I did not want this video to end. When you say "realistic" you mean it and it's crazy how you pay attention to the intricate details. You even put the old school broom against the kitchen wall! I know you're working on bigger projects like the mall etc. but these realistic builds are my favorite of yours. Once again, amazing job 👏🏽

When I saw that watermelon on the floor, it reminded me of summer days as a kid riding around with my grandparents trying to find the “watermelon man” on the corner. My grandma loved watermelon so much ❤

I'm definitely a Maxis Match loyalist but I've been binge watching your house walkthroughs for weeks now! Because of you, I started to appreciate alpha cc's more because it's more than just realism you know? It definitely adds a lot of characters and details to your builds. I like the way you walk us through your builds and give contexts and background stories in each room and it somehow makes me feel welcomed if that makes sense lol. Definitely subscribing!

When I was at university in Texas I went to my friend's grandmother's house in Oak Cliff for Thanksgiving and I swear it was this house! Thank you for bringing back some great memories! I didn't understand why we didn't eat in the dining room, but learned that night it doesn't matter where you eat as long as you're eating together. One of the best Thanksgivings I've had.

I love this build! This looks like my gram grams house up north, differences being the bedrooms were on the second floor, she had porcelain dolls throughout the house (her idea of art), and instead of cocoa butter it was the Avon skin so soft lotion. 😅

I’m new to your channel. I’ve been nothing but impressed with all of your content! In this build that gas heater bought back so many memories of my great grandma house. Whenever it was cold everybody ran straight to the heater to warm up. Would take turns standing in front of it. Don’t stand to close though 😂. I love this!

I love this. JUST A TIP! Car port should have been on the other side. Most of the homestead homes that are built like that the living room that dips down used to be a garage that was enclosed and turned into a living room.

This must have taken an insane amount of time, not just for the building part, but also for the Internet-surfing-and-downloading part. Please make more realistic house and community lot builds!!!

I love this build sooo much but it had a lot of duplicates and merged files in the mods folder. I took it from 7GB to 1GB just by unmerging packages and deleting duplicates.

How do we get all the CC for this build? I fell in love with it & created a storyline just so I could use it.. However, when I placed the lot, there was no furniture or wallpapers or anything. I got a message that a lot of the build items were removed. I downloaded the entire folder & separated the tray & mods for the build… PLEASE help😭
