I think black men are more prone to raver bumps due to the tightness of the curl in the hair so that it curls back into the skin when growing out, its called Psuedofolticulitis babae, you should try using an electric razor it may help. But be careful what you also put on your open skin because you could end up causing an infection, so something with antibacterial properties will help.

Renno the razor bumps happed to a lot of people with you hair texture normally an issue with a lot of black men, what happens is he hair curls back into you skin. So what you need to do is shave everyday, so what happens is you cut the hair before it grows. I have that issue. A old guy barber told me years ago when I was a teen to shave everyday but I ignored him lol. Anyway that's why it happens, Not sure if this happens with men from other background, So it maybe just the hair type, the curlier the hair the more chance of issues. But if you planning on growing your beard you will have to go through the itching process a few days. Your footage looking a bit cleaner on this video..

I used to experience the razor bumps, here's what I did... If I got bumps, I would get the hydrocortisone cream, don't say you are using it for your face, they won't give it to you. But use it sparingly! But for a long term solution I use three products from King of shaves, first I apply the sensitive shaving oil, then apply the shaving serum and on top of that I apply the shaving gel... Razors I use the Gillette skin guard sensitive blades... This combination works so well for me and I don't have need any more for something to cool down the skin to prevent bumps. Also, prep the skin with as hot water as possible and keep rinsing the blade under hot water....
The trick seems to be to remember that the blade is actually meant to be sharp to cut the hair and not the skin, almost like you are softly scraping hair off the skin or slicing hair but not your skin. I haven’t used a typical Gillette razor for a long time though and usually use a cut throat razor or clippers. Also, I’m not an expert, but growing the beard a bit allows the skin beneath to be less irritated.
Hey Reno, try put talc powder ( controversial I know), on it. Put it just before bed time for few days, it helps with the itching, and helps with bumps…. Give it a try for few days…. I gave my son this tip, and he says it helps… 🙏🏽

Yeah I use to use a razor but I would get those bumps also so I've been using a electric shaver an never had that problem again. I'm feeling whatever you post bro keep it up if YOU wanna post it and I'll keep watching aight 👍🏽
