Love seeing the every day content! As a fellow content creator it is always inspiring to see how other people divide up their workday and I really applaud you guys for finding such good balance! So happy I could get the sample packs before they sold out!! Also suggesting a video about how you stay motivated/disciplined/positive with living a healthy life. I find that I’m always good for about 2 weeks and then I get discouraged so easily. A video on the mental side of fitness would be great!!
