For about 2-3 cups of pasta...
-3 cups of butternut squash (can cut fresh or buy frozen)
-1 cup of plant based milk
-2 tsp of garlic powder
-1 1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp chili powder
- 3 to 5 tbsp of nutritional yeast
-salt & pepper to taste
