Slow cooked beef ragu
Serves - 4
Time - 8-10 hours
Calories - 168kcal without pasta
Syns - Free
Ingredients
- 6 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 230g steak, cut into 4 pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 50 ml beef stock
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
Method
1) Place all ingredienrs into the slow cpoker on low for 8-10 hours.
2) Discard the thyme, and shred the beef. serve with pasta of your choice.
