today i'll be sharing what i eat in a week! i've been getting many questions about my diet, so here it is! for the most part do try to eat as healthy as possible, while not restricting myself too much.
these 'what i eat in a day' videos are fun for me to film & i love sharing different recipes or products but please do not use them to compare to your diet!! everyone's necessary caloric intake is different.

I like your nails so much, they look really cute with that color combination! Personally, i prefer what i eat in a week videos bc through that not only are you able to show a variety of foods but also people understand that 1 day can be very healthy but another one could be not as healthy and it's still ok for it to be like that Love your videos

I feel you. My "casual" intermittent fasting helps a bit to control it but... it's hard when you love eating carbs, lives with two roommates and has a boyfriend who loves eating out (bonus- my roommates and my bf never gain any weight even if they eat junk a lot. I'm so jealous. Sigh... )

I've been wanting to lose weight for a while but never actually started doing anythinv about it, I've started watching your videos and its giving me so much motivation. Thanks so much for this video!!! It was super cool to see that you can still have fun, eat out with friends, and enjoy regular meals while keeping fit! I'm still trying to figure out my own diet so I appreciate the insight. I think your mindset towards healthy eating sounds super interesting as well--if you ever have time, I'd love to hear whether getting to that point was a process, or advice on cultivating more self love but also healthy habits at the same time?

My what I eat in a day is typically... School Day: Breakfast: Vanilla greek yogurt parfait with nuts, blueberries, and raspberries. Lunch: Whole Wheat Avocado Sandwich+ Grapes. Dinner: White rice, green beans, beef, scrambled eggs, spinach. Weekend: Breakfast: Overnight oats- oats, yogurt, peanut butter, soy milk, nuts, fruits. Lunch: Noodles with eggs and tomatoes - carrots and celery for side Dinner: White Rice with broccoli, spicy tofu, potatoes, red onion.

my day normally goes: breakfast: usually nothing but if i’m lucky some amla juice and cereal lunch: cheetos and a bag of six small cookies dinner: usually nothing but if i’m feeling extra scandalous a whole pizza or some mac and cheese. yh my diet is absolute garbage and i’m slowly killing my self but it’s okay.

what i used to eat : breakfast- cocopops and toast with butter lunch- panini with cheese and pepperoni and a muffin dinner - pizza or other unhealthy shit (also multiple unhealthy snacks in between) what i eat now: breakfast- fruit or branflakes (i might try some yoghurt too!) lunch- sandwich with ham, lettuce and cucumber and some fruit dinner- whatever my parents make me (healthier) as you can see my new diet isn’t completely healthy but i’m working my way up to it! i need to learn how to cook though :/ 😂 i also now workout everyday!

I think your diet is just the right balance! You try to opt for nutritious options, but also don't restrict yummy foods. This also shows in your exercising, maybe it's just me, but I can see that you could find that great balance, where you have enough energy to workout and all that good stuff. And of course you look totally goregous! I'd like to find this balance of my own too one day 🙂

I’m gonna start a diet today and try and do it everyday until my bday and if it works well until after that! (Btw this is just inspired by her not her diet) Day 1: ✅ Today I wasn’t very hungry so I skipped breakfast. Then for lunch I had a smoothie that I made. It was frozen banana, natural bio yogurt, almonds, milk and cinnamon. (I didn’t have any berries today cause I ate them all a couple days ago.) For Dinner I had tuna seasoned wrapped in lettuce with leak and rice on the side. (Don’t ask why it was wrapped in the lettuce I just like the taste.) I also drank 6 cups of water! For snacks I had 1/2 pack of grapes cause I’m getting used to not binge eating stuff still. Day 2 ✅ I had some grapes for breakfast 1/3 of a pack. Then for Lunch I made a smoothie but I didn’t realise the banana in in smoothie was rotten so it was gross and I didn’t eat it so instead I had a piece of ham and a little bit of cheese and a fruit salad (the ham wasn’t very healthy but that was all I had and I was hungry) and I was full then til dinner where I had 1 salmon fillet with garlic salt, paprika I and lemon with 2 boiled potatoes and vegetables on the side! Day 3
