italian here, the egg yolk pasta is actually just Carbonara pasta which is actually made with guanciale (which is kinda similar to bacon, but not really), eggs, salt, pepper and pecorino (a type of cheese), so i'm really glad you like that type of pasta, cause a lot of non-italians find it very salty. (the Carbonara a lot of non-italians usually eats is more like a cream and bacon basta, but I bet is actually pretty good)

You can put a blanket or (bed)sheet (that isnt fitted) over the couch so it looks prettier and you can wash it when it gets dirty :). Its probably also more sanitairy bc its a used dorm couch
