Love your content. It’s interesting to see what others eat in a day. I personally would not drink too much of the Yakut tho. It’s marketed as good for you but has 10grams of sugar in one of those little bottles. The chicken dish looked delish! I’m going to have to try that x

Yakult is really popular in Japan. When I was kid i drink this almost every day. I poked little hole on bottom of bottle and squeezed into my mouth lol it was fun.
