Hopefully bro muscle tear na ho, is liye maybe time lag raha hai heal hone me, UK ka healthcare system to bhai bhul jao free ka salary le rahe hai and have no knowledge of the issues and causes. India is way way better in this regard.

exactly bro my father had 103 fever and they asked him to take appointment. After taking appointment he had to wait for 2 days and when he went that they my father literally waited 4 hours in severe fever and vomiting and when they checked they just suggested to take paracetamol constantly. UK health care sucks.

Give it rest brother and apply volini/moov type cream everyday. It is probably tendon inflammation due to heavy lifting/workout. I had similar injury in left elbow and forearm due to heavy benchpressing. I went to doctor here in India and he said it is tendon inflammation it will heal on its own in 10-12 days. Dont lift heavy, dont workout for few days. Take care bro

Hello one question u r saying NHS fee is 1100 isn't it's 770 or something on UK gov offical website 🤔🤔and please if you can tell .. students need to pay all years of studies NHS fee or only one year in start ?
