My father is also hr and I know how difficult it is and thanks to you to tell the reality because most of the people think that hr proffesion is good for nothing but they didn't know it is not a cup of tea.
@@taratara4695 it means human resource management so basically hr is the responsible for choose the right employees or candidates for the right work and handle the management and also there are other many important works what the manager has to do .

@@theiimguy IIT KgP MHRM is also a very good and old HR program. Unfortunately, no one talks about it. Its fee is just 5 lakhs and avg ctc in 22 was 14.1 CTC, median 14.6 CTC, lowest 11LPA, highest 19 LPA.
Like you have said we must go for general MBA over any specialized MBA. There are colleges know for banking, forest management, Insurance, or any other. Is it possible to switch roles even after coming from that kind of college, and is it necessary to do any other courses? Or if we try to switch can we explore more by taking internships or any work ex. during the college and after completing the college

US/Canada staffing job do not come under HR. It’s more like tele-sales/recruiting work. Core HR is completely different from all these kind of works. He already explained different HR functions in the video.
