I used to have the same issues with my hands and arms going numb. I started taking a super B complex supplement and within a week it went away. After a month of taking the supplement and they ran out, I decided not to keep taking it….in less than a week I started having the pain and numbness in my hands and fingers again so I’ve been taking that B complex for the past 11 years! It won’t hurt to try it since your body just pee’s out what you can’t use. Take it in the morning though because it helps with energy so you don’t want to be taking it before bed! Ask me how I know!

Hey, hope you don’t mind my sharing. Your burning in your arms sounds like a possible lymphatic issue. (I’m a breast cancer survivor and I have to pay attention to that) you might want to try some compression sleeves on your arms and see if it gives you some relief. I use a front close sports bra type with 3\4 length compression sleeves. Helps me sooo much. Also,stay hydrated! Get those electrolytes in you! Propell drink is a great one for the electrolytes

Out of curiosity, I contacted “Candle Threads” about the thread chart you’d shown us about a month ago. The charts I had didn’t match the product numbers you were showing us. The reason is…Candle put out a new thread chart in January 2024! Must get a new one and pitch the 3 older ones, darn!

i ordered the 100% poly baby blank tshirt and i just did an all over print thinking i would have a problem with white spots around the arms. NOPE!!! they printed perfectly. definitely will be my go to for kids all over sublimation blanks. i alway used them for regular sub.

I had the same problem, but with my legs. Get this, it was due to me being around my bf who was an avid vaper, as soon as he started vaping just outside, I got the feeling back in my legs and feet, I guess you can get it in yours if your the smoker. But I wanted to mention this because idk if it helps if you vape or someone else does around you. What it is is the vape was making me overdose on nicotine and gave me what is called smokers leg. I for almost year of my life, lost the ability to walk and drive. It's now about 3-4 months without being around the vape and it takes about 3 weeks for your body to detox depending how bad it is. Anyways I wish you the best in your health. My bf also says he had similar symptoms in his arms and they said it was arthritis and his dad had the same and with one surgery, he was better. Idk just some stuff to think about. And don't come for y'all, lol this is just my experience.

Hey how are you, when you go to the doctor ask them about RSD for for hand and arms ….I have that disorder and it comes from an injury…it’s called RSD & CRPS, I hope that’s not what it is but I suffer from the tingling and burning 24/7 ……

My bra straps, no matter how wide, cause my arms from shoulder to fingertips to go numb at times. This happens when I'm loading from an auction, or just quilting for hours. Can't afford a boob job so just live with it. I'm 71 now, too old for a boob job, and it's not considered medically necessary, can't afford on SSecurity. Take care of yours while young.
