It's called voices in the head that exist due to certain mental illness like schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, be thankful that you're healthy instead of insulting very real health disorders, if you didn't know these voices in the head sound extremely real and they're not thoughts, they're literally voices that you hear of people talking, they can be in different languages sometimes, different voices, female or male, screaming or whispering, mostly hateful and they can constantly insult you and talk bad to you.
