Khushboo needs to start her own RU-vid channel. Man the way she shared info, the flow, the fluency.. its damn good🔥 Felt like this video did not need a host
One my relatives, a seasoned IT professional, never expected the pink slip on his desk one gloomy morning. The IT firm he had devoted 20 years to was downsizing, and at the age of 42, that person found himself among the casualties. As he ventured back into the job market, he quickly realized that his age was a roadblock. Employers seemed more interested in fresh-faced graduates who could code at breakneck speeds and work long hours. His extensive experience, once his pride, now worked against him. His story is a stark reminder of the IT industry's age-related challenges. Despite his dedication and skills, adapting to a rapidly changing field in his 40s proved incredibly tough. So beware before pursing !!!
I am just amazed by her way of her speaking, She is so fluent and soft speaking. I can hear her all day. I wish I could speak like her. In love with her voice.
Hi Nishant. Good one. If possible can you create 2-3 videos where the person actually tells how they cleared the interview like DSA, database backend, frontends, system design, Cloud etc. in depth
Khushboo, you have great communication skills and selected few who have all round beauty , inside and outside. I have mostly seen coders struggling in their other persona of life like communication and socials .
literally, coding requires social skills, but if someone has greater skills, it;s better for him to improvise and learn rather to not hire him just because he doesn;t have good communication skills, Employees come here to build projects not to spend time together and get money for that.
Sirf 50% taxable nai hoti, you can skip book keeping(accounting) and have to pay min 50% if earning solely in foreign currency but for remaining 50% you liable to show expense if some enquiry will be there in future
Hcl is also providing wfh for some projects 😅 not agree with her without github profile or strong social presence, you can get opportunities but should have strong skills😅
Please share more about stocks. How to calculate base pay, know the stocks, compensation per year etc.. This would help so much sir. Otherwise the video is amazing thank you.

Remote job are very very limited for freshers and without employment visa no one can work remotely. I am having a experience in recruting IT peoples for US clients any I watched this scenario very closely no one can work remotely from India for US clients always they want your H1B and check your travel history definitely they found yourself defaulter. and specially fresher hiring for remote position is very less even 20 years of people can't work remotely from India for US clients.

RSU or stock options or stock grants, lemme tell you one thing in the market only one thing matters BASE kitna hai hai. Sirf baby ko bass pasand nhi hota, HR recruiters and hiring managers ko bhi base hi pasand hai, they ask and are concerned about only one thing, base salary.
@@explaineverybit As usual 😂 I don't need to remaind you what India is made of.. Adding to that, i would like to listen and so suggesting him English and that is not my native as well.English is common for all IT employees..i feel he would consider this if he reads my comment... Someone please guide me. I am from a non btech/ bca/mca background ( general bsc in pcm ). I want to learn devOps and get hired. Is it even possible without a cs degree? If yes, how ? Should I consider mca to gain a technical degree and therefore be eligible for the interviews? I request everyone of you to please guide me on this. I desperately want to improve my life situation and am willing to put in the required efforts but I have no guidance.
