suggestion: when you need to pack large coats in your suitcase, why don't you grab some space bags that suction out the air and it will give more room in your suitcase.

I understand how Halie feels. Growing up I was fine flying, but now that I’m older I have anxiety. So my doctor prescribed me anxiety medications for flying to help with my anxiousness and nauseous, it also makes me tired to help me sleep on the plane.

I recently had to travel back and forth through airways and let me tell you I literally had to face my fear. Just today I was talking with my colleagues about my flight anxiety and how I was ok to travel during my teenage years but after 25+ I fear to travel through flight. And I just had to cancel my flight for another trip . Halie you have done the toughest job and that’s facing the fear.

Watching you guys pack for all your trips stresses me out lol always packing the same day right before you leave!!!

I feel Halie! Family took a trip to Vegas from Michigan for my cousin wedding, i flew with most of my family but still anxiety so high. As a fellow person with anxiety, i hate not being in control in the flying and dropping out the sky.

Bozeman is amazing. I used to live there. The airport is beautiful. The town is so cute and fun. People are nice and it is a safe place to live/visit.

Hey Christal, Being in the cold and snow, should make you appreciate Arizona a little bit more. Hope y'all have a blast.A quick suggestion. Build a snowman, make snow angles, and have a fun family snowball fight. The snow is fun to play in. much love 💞

Thanks for sharing your this experience. It would be good to take time to organize "quickly"as Crystal puts it! Knowing that you go to stay in a possibly freezing cold, pack your jackets in space bags. Prepare gloves! Happy for Halie she managed her anxiety. I watched the live recording of the following day on RU-vid and think it is beautiful area to hike, explore nature and take scenery pictures.

❤I'm from Alberta, which is pretty close to Montana. Most likely, we have they same weather, but this year, temperatures are very nice compared to normal December-january temp. You guys are in good timing. you just need to bandle up. I'm proud to see your live vedeo that you're enjoying the beauty of nature!

I have a little tip! if you like the fleece-lined leggings under pants, but you get a bit sweaty from the fleece being against your legs, like when you're inside still etc., I like to flip mine inside out, so I still get the warmth of the fleece, but the satin side is touching my legs so it feels nicer, like more moisture wicking. As a city girl who rides public transit and lives up north, this keeps me warm in very low temps and also helps me not feel like I'm melting under the layers once I'm in the heat or a crowd :) Just wanted to share in case anyone sees it and it could be useful to them.

Glad you guys had fun. Crystal you should come to Manitoba. We get temperatures that are -45 and windchill that I -55. Some times they have to keep the kids at home due to the coldness. Hugs💕💕

I live in Kalispell Montana it was really cool watching the live when I was only 5 hours away!, I would sweat if I wore what y’all were wearing lol. Living here 4 years you could walk in a sweatshirt with 20 degrees and be fine lol. Also this winter is weird hardly any snow so yall came at a good time. First winter with a brown Christmas

Halle I hate flying so much that’s it stops me from seeing my daughter and grandchildren who live in NY , I’m in England. I haven’t seen them in 8 years. They can’t afford as a family of 4 to come here and see me. The fear of flying is real and I can’t bring myself to fly to see her so I know how you feel😢

Lol OMG yes big jackets are horrible to pack! I just had to deal with that. I found a hack put your big jacket in a vacuum pack bag, they make them that you don’t need to use a vacuum with. It worked soooooooooo well!

We usually have a white Christmas in Northern Minnesota but this year it was a brown Christmas. No snow and short sleeves.. Usually 3’ of snow and negative temperatures.

Southerners are hilarious in the cold. My aunt came up from Florida wearing all kinds of strange layers (including a funny hat) and absolutely griping about the cold.

when packing puffer jackets and clothes I use the vacuumed seal bags that can shrink them so small so they dont take up alot of space. Amazon has several kinds!

You got this Hallie you can do this it's away of concouring your fears of flying in a plane have a fun safe trip to Montana

Next time, when packing bulky stuff, go get those vacuum sealer for clothes and covers depending on the size of your suitcase get that size and put your stuff in it and vacuum seal them

The weather in Montana last week wasn't very cold lol. I suppose to you guys used to the desert weather.... NB Canada is having a mild winter, but generally for this time of year we are often - 30°C... Which is like - 22°F

Ok so I am loving the Montana trip. Livingston is where half my family is and my mom and sister were born there so I have been there a ton. I live in the Flathead Valley which is northwest Montana. We are having the mildest winter I have seen in years with very little snow. Definitely t-shirt weather lol. Also we don’t have water buffalo here just regular buffalo there is a difference lol.

It is true that people that live in warm climates have thinner blood and get cold much easier. Going from Phoenix AZ to MT is quite a temperature change. How did you survive in St. Johns though when it does get colder too although I suppose the change is more gradual and your body adjusts. Just like many other places in the US.

I’m scared of flying too. What helps me is drinking relaxing tea. It really helps.

Don’t ever trust someone who come up to you and ask for something. When I lived in Louisiana a guy came up to us and asked for money. Shortly after he got arrested. Apparently he was scamming people he didn’t need the money

This year the weather here is very mild. Warm temps and no snow. It’s great!
