I like reading that y'all are shifting now. I accidentally put this in my music playlist yesterday instead of my shifting one 😭 So when I was doing dishes this came on and I got scared 🤧
holy crap. i shifted. i shifted!!!! it was definitely a mini shift- i was only there for a few minutes and it wasn’t the correct reality. but i FELT myself shift and when i woke up it was SO REAL. this is insane! cant wait to keep using this and shifting, this time to the right places!!!!

The panic attack method: Its just basically visualizing with your five senses. see, feel, hear, smell, (taste) so basically, you just go through all of ur senses, taste is not that major tbh. 5 things you can see 4 things you can feel 3 things you can hear 2 things you can smell 1 thing you can taste in my case it was see: Window on my right, my piano in front of my bed, a door next to the piano, a table left to the door, my closet on my left feel: my pillow, my blanket, my phone in my hand, my tshirt hear: birds, cars, quiet music smell: vanilla and oranges ( taste: i said toothpaste but i always left that part out) i always went through all of my senses, and i eventually shifted. ( this is called panic attack method because you basically do the same thing when you are having a panic attack) i hope i could help :)
@@halloweencathat so i shifted to a dr that i “made” so it wasnt like a show etc And i think this just made it so much easier for me bc it was very similar to this one I used a little bit of the panic attack method while listening to this and tbh idk how i shifted bc I literally had ZERO symptoms but at some point i couldnt hear the video anymore and I automatically opened my eyes and i was in my dr I have shifted 2 times so far using this and i am the happiest person alive rn lol

Reality shifting can be less Hogwarts and more 'real life' changes, if you want it to be. It has its origins in deep meditation, the type that enables us to shift above the level of thinking & experience a different state of consciousness, one that can free us from our day to day distresses and discomforts. Many therapy & self development programmes draw on the concepts and strategies used in reality shifting but just package them up in a slightly different way. Wait. But do we actually travel the multiverse or is this all happening in this reality in our own heads? Neither is less real but wouldn't physics say that travelling across dimensions require more energy? Or is this like lucid dreaming? And what part of us is traveling to a different reality if our conciousness is made of neurons firing and experiences? Or is there something like a soul? Sorry to ask so many questions
What happens if you get scared? Something crazy happened. I watched the first time and I was already feeling the pull. I turned it off because your face began shifting weirdly. An hour later I put it back and the video was on the beginning and it began playing faster and you began shifting from the jar’s touch , to each individual key gesture. I’m a bit scared what do you recommend ?
Day 1: dreamed about shifting Day 2: nothing much Day 3: I was doing good and then my ear started itching really badly so i broke focus Day 4: lots of pressure behind my eyes, I fell asleep super fast
ok y’all i’m trying this for the first time. been trying to shift for almost a year and haven’t gotten anywhere. i’ll let y’all know my results 😩🙏 DAY 1: fell asleep 🤬🤬🤬 DAY 2: no results yet 🥲 DAY 2 PT 2 IG??: i tried doing it in the morning (around like 1pm) and i had a vivid lucid dream, nothing related to my DR, i opened a portal and went through, didnt shift but sadly got sleep paralysis that lasted around a minute. i mean that’s something at least right ?? DAY 3: nothing 😪 after like day 4 of no results i stopped using this hypnosis because i got impatient and don’t think it’s working for me. didn’t give up on shifting tho :)
Keep going you can do it! I've been trying to shift for like 6-7 months (inconsistently) and I'm still full of motivation! My friend shifted recently too
I’ll give ya’ll updates: Day #1 (so far): I attempted and got to almost 13 min. I almost fell asleep to your voice (so calming) but then my nose started running due to allergies. I have a weird feeling in my head though Day 2: I’m shifting
⚠️Warning ⚠️ anyone like myself who hears sudden noises can be snapped out of the mediation then there is sounds at the end that could snap you out of shifting to you’re Dr, not sure if it’s cus I’m Autistic or if others have had this experience. Everything was really good, I was having all the symptoms of shifting but once the waves of whatever that was sorted I jumped and snapped me straight back to my Cr 😭😭 I would highly recommend the first part of this as it really helps in detaching. I loved this video for the first part it was very helpful. Some people maybe be fine with the sounds but anyone sensitive like myself would find it distracting! I would like to Thank AMSR Psychologist for making this video for shifting as I’ve not seen anyone else do this, So I really appreciate that you have done. I will continue to use the first part to help me.
i tried this twice now, both times giving me near same results. i get extremely relaxed, i feel shifting symptoms, im struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep. ultimately i get little to no sleep and stay awake but my body is so exhausted,and i stay like this for hours.
idk if this may help but, someone once posted that if you tell yourself “I will become alert when I am shifting”, you can get into your shifting routine albeit then have your mind wander as you fall asleep. I didn’t think it would work but I was almost asleep and my body jerked awake, I got extreme shifting symptoms but my heart was beating too fast. I listened and followed to a similar video like this so maybe you could try that!
I have the exact same thing when I try to shift :/ No matter if I try during the day or during the night. I may fall asleep for like 2min? idek when, but then I find myself awake again and I can't fall asleep (again). Not until I stop shifting and try to actually sleep.
@@harmlesshabit5053 yeah i ultimately stopped using this because it just wasnt right for me. i have better results using a different method and a few subliminals. might also help u out too

didn’t shift last night but i dreamt with characters from my dr which hadn’t happened for a while (i tend to remember my dreams every night haha) i’m trying with this again!!! thank u!
Used this last night and came the closest to shifting I've ever gotten so this is the right path!!! It was crazy how lucid and vibrant it was, but wasn't quite shifting yet! :)

pls that happens to me when i use actual headphones instead of earphones- they run out of battery so fast when i try to shift and i could just be so close- and i mean so freaking close to shifting and then boom that happens 💔💔

I accidentally opened my eyes when I was supposed to sleep but wow this really works so far, I got detached from my CR and felt myself shifting to my DR, I'm confident if I try one more time I'll shift and see class 1-A, I know that I will shift
Updating this when I try. Day- 1 got 28 mins into it before waking up i feel really energized and happy for some reason i saw myself in third person doing various things like swimming etc and I also saw myself in first person truning on and off the remote felt numb and felt like I woke up from a coma

Mine was the mountains of Montana where I’ve finally found the lifestyle and tools to work with my severe adhd. The was so helpful in multiple areas of my life. I’m one step closer to my goals and this helped to motivate and relax me. Thank you!
I’ll watch this everyday before going to sleep and tell you how it goes. For reference I’ve never been someone that has vivid dreams or dreams at all and I’m shifting to the MCU DAY 1: Had 2 really vivid dreams about things I had done that day. I did go lucid in one but not as far as to control it. I’m really enjoying this video so I’ll try to use it throughout this week and see the results. DAY 2:
I keep sleeping far too early. Like the moment I close my eyes, I lose focus and, bam!, I'm asleep 🙃 your voice is so soothing, no wonder I just end up having brilliant sleeps instead 😅

I needed this the other night. Could not sleep was up until 4am and had to be up for 730 to get to work.. But this was well appreciated.. Im gunna start listening to more of these after work and in my free time. I hope🥴

What kind of symptoms do you experience? I’ve attempted shifting for 3 days in a row now, and during the day I feel like it’s calling me? Haha that sounds so weird but- I’ve never shifted before
When I first tried to shift my arms were getting heavy, my left leg sometimes twitched and felt heavy, my eyes were closed and it felt like they were getting tighter? Idk I had to relax my eyes sometimes. I also had some tingles here and there.
I think I shift. I was having a wonderful experience in my world while feeling relax and calm but then I felt a presence in my room that made me lose my concentration 😫 (maybe I shouldn't have pick "A discovery of witches" world to shift lol). Nways I'm gonna try shift again it felt absolutely wonderful while doing it! And hopefully this time it'll be longer! Thank you for this video and good luck everyone!!!❣

I got so close to shifting last night It was really weird I felt like something was on my stomach it kind of hurt and for some reason I couldnt sleep for the rest of the night. I shit my pants when the water sounds started lol 😭😭
So i just tried this, i didn't shift but i did feel floating symptoms, it felt really weird but good at the same time 😅 I needed falling asleep an hour in. I'll try again today and see if I can focus a bit more !!
I might do what everyone else is doing just to give myself motivation so today is my first day let's see how it goes Day1: my mume into room 30 minutes in but somehow I felt extremely detached it was amazing
