They are from BIG3 (the 3 biggest kpop companies YG, JYP and SM). 2ne1 really changed kpop's standard about girl group because their music and their visual are different. I believe they heard lots of diss from k-netizen since they debuted because of their visual but they made everyone admit their talent.
