Really competitive specs and features for its price, especially the periscope telephoto lens, which is not found in any other phones under 2K. The design is absolutely luxury and gorgeous too, just like a flagship!
Sad that the ultrawide is an 8MP unit which is the weakest of the cameras. But at least we have a better triple camera system that's not a bad 2MP macro. At least we finally have a smartphone with triple camera setup under RM2K.
Another great review from you sir! Thanks! It would be nice and complete if you could include showing how readable is this phone's screen under very bright sun. Especially this phone's screen brightness nits rated isn't really high or above 1500nits, ya... Anyway, hope you can reply and comment, how visible and readable is this phone's screen under bright sunny day. Thank you.
A curved screen is the worst idea ever 😖 it just means you can't get screen protectors that fit properly and any case will still leave the screen protruding 😭 was really hoping Realme wouldn't give into that sort of sales gimmick 😢
Trust me, curved screen in this phone is very unique, the way it's design makes it feel so smooth, and u can still put some screen protector with no problem 😅
If Lim can ask Realme😂 why Pro+ comes with curve display, Pro comes with flat ?? 😂 Using 11Pro+ still working nice,, thanks Lim Review clear highlights points as usual 😎
I like the Realme 12 Pro Plus. But if it has a flat display and a 12MP 3x optical telephoto camera, then Realme will use the Snapdragon 7 gen 3 chipset. The downsides are the display max brightness, the selfie cam is just decent and the chipset is not competitive in its price range.
Shame it doesn't reach IP68. IP65 is still great compared to many IP54, but you'll never know when you need that dip protection. I'll survive with 7s Gen 2, but upgrading it higher would've been far more preferable as other RM2K phones can do similar stuff for higher performance.
truth is, no phone is act as its IP rating, water might not enter inside the phone, but the usb c port will still become faulty due to oxidation after contact with water. the glue that attach the components in phone will also degrade overtime, making it less water proof or resistance.
@@karmagod8477 Degradation is just part of the life of any electronical device. However, if I can't even have the peace of mind of dropping one right after buying it that would suck.
@@LimReviews im looking for an allrounder phone and for me 13t wins in everything(including design) except camera because i like natural looking shots but i've heard everybody liking the leica tuning so im not sure since i can't really compare the 2 by myself. Do you think its 13t is worth with all that background information?
Only 2 major updates. The phone may be good, but not for this price and poor support. It's better to definitely spend more on Oneplus 12R, or wait for the capabilities of Nothing Phone 2a and a real price.
I think it's suspicious the way they've abandoned the 200MP main camera of last year's model. Back then, they spoke of "lossless zoom" up to x4. Now, they've abandoned this seemingly magical sensor in favour of something with one quarter of the number of pixels. I don't dispute that a 64MP, x3 telephoto is going to give better results than a x3 crop from (even!) a 200 mp sensor, but doesn't that suggest that the term "lossless" was just marketing hype (lies!) and that they knew darn well that quality would noticeable drop when zooming? Also, why ditch the 100W charger in favour of something seemingly much less good? Suspicious!
Absolutely! realme 12 Pro+ has an impressive 32MP Sony selfie camera with advanced AI Beauty Algorithms. It's the best in its price range for capturing stunning, natural-looking selfies.😘
Funny, to me, i really like the camera quality of this phone. But i decided not to buy it, because i think it's one of the ugliest designed phones - it looks like an old Rolex watch on the back.
