It's still color OS but it's much better than Color OS 5 I feel RAM management has also improved like that it has an app tray but still no detailed battery stats.

I don't think so I will post the full review of the S10e just too busy with other devices. It's a good phone but problem is the Exynos variant battery life is not that great also that device has some heating issues hence I personally can't recommend it that much.
