Please answer me, you said the charging of note 9s is only 10 watts and takes 2:30 hours to charge, but on other channels i heard it's 18 watts and charges in 1:30 hours. What is the right answer???
Currently have realme 6, no regrets, i use it for 7 hours straight and still have 20%, I then go ahead and charge it and eat for a while, after washing the dishes it's full, about 30-40mins, then another 8 hour of usage hehe

Had the realme 6 for about a week now and love it what a phone!, the speakers aren't that great but I use headphones most of the time so not an issue and will say the brightness isn't the best in sunny weather. still what a quality phone for a decent price.
2 great entry level phones, i think in the end people will be happy with eather of ones. My choice would go to the Redmi cause it use a snapdragon and i love messing around with custom roms. But i wouldn t be unhappy with the Realme 6 if i had to use it.
@@chiaza7735 realme is blowing up ATM if you get the realme 6 pro it'll have rom support soon. I say the pro because it has a Snapdragon processor and Snapdragon release there source code.
Screen bleeding issue is also Seen in realme 6. Actually this is a common problème of LCD panels and redmi should not be critisezed alone. By the term 'build qualité' I wanted indicate glass back panel beacause it gives a premium feeling whereas the plastique panel gives a cheap feeling.
@@FKhan2412 Tell me when will you see screen bleeding on say LG phone or earlier Htc phones ,they were two best brands in terms of lcd panels, that's quality.
The comparaison is made between these two phones and both have same problème. I Can hardly afford LG and HTC and moreover they are not in mainstream now so I don't care.

I have ordered Note 9S. Will review after using. Already disappointed that it is not having NFC (in todays time!!). But i like the large battery and symmetrical design that got me to choose it over real me 6. You have to compromise something for the price range...
On xiaomi for a fast interface you need to go to developer and put everything a X.5 for animation... and they got on miui 11 a app drawer in the menu , not easy to set ..
@@Techtablets you test out of box I know! Like camera settings you got in Xiaomi make a lot of difference.. thanks wish it's will be a upgrade (note 9 S ) to my Mi Max 3. (Love this phone for media content)
After watching 10:09 of your video I had to stop to say thanks and congratulate you for the level of your comparison here, details and info that isn't disclosed in the other 10 or 15 videos I've been watching to make a decision this week to buy the Redmi Note 9S, thanks again and keep doing what your doing, I could easily hit like a hundred times if I could, cheers
@@pkboss8324 Well... I took into consideration the information shown here and now I'm the owner of a Redmi Note 9S for almost a week, so far haven't noticed any of the flaws that many said all around forums and videos. is true the screen is not AMOLED or the best, but doesn't interrupt me from using my phone as any other 1080p screen, (NO SCREEN BLEED) viewing angles show less clear but I don't usually look at the phone from the edge of the table :P I've notice the battery doesn't take as long to charge as I expected after claims that is huge, had the Redmi Note7 which didn't get really warm while playing GWENT but in this model now I barely feel any heat and easily can use the phone for 2 days without charging, the camera side is 100% true in over-saturation and not super sharp in some modes but I don't use camera that often nor being a pro photographer, (never been able to understand why people expect pro quality photos from a smartphone) no issues with my modem/connection, is a 60hz screen and my main monitor is also 60hz on my Pc so higher refresh rate looks awesome probably but I won't miss that in comparison to all I've got for my money, for me personally is a WIN for others might be better Realme or something else but I don't change what has been good for me, will be almost a year with 2 Redmi note's and it has been the best phones I used since my old Nexus glory days. also tried noticing the stutter some claimed when scrolling tweeter or any news feed and haven't been able to see it neither in browser or tweeter feed or news feed apps. No regrets.
@@HipocratesR Thanks for your detailed review man I am also going to buy Redmi Note 9S in few hours my only concern was if the Phone is too big cause my hands are not big but overall I just think Redmi ticks soo many boxes which I want in Phone to be & to keep for 1 year I think a snapdragon processor phone is the one to go for So I have decided for the Redmi as well because 90hz is something which I think is a gimmick to attract the customer & i never experienced so i dont really need it secondly even its a little uncomfortable in my Hand that is also ok because with Realme 6 I'll miss so many things which I want in my phone like Mainly the Cameras specially video & Battery life which is a Big plus for me.
@@pkboss8324 without being a fan boy and in short summary, if you're practical and just go for value $$ and not small details or gimmick in this price bracket this model is the one to go unless we get a new competitor around. Enjoy your phone and hope the hand size is not an issue, I'm 5'11ish I guess my hands are average, worse case scenario you enable bubble in settings and small screen option to reach the top with one finger effortlessly.
@@HipocratesR Yeah bro that what i think as well this is the best value for money I am 5'10 /5'11 but I have hands of person who is 5'7 /5'8 (i have a friend whose height is 5'8 we habe similar hand size)they are not very small but for my height they seem small not as small as like girly hands xD The phone might be little uncomfortable but i guess that would be ok since I am getting phone i like & Prefer more Though while holding a 6.5 inch lcd phone which my mother have realme 5 I dont find that uncomfortable since its not that wide so I guess i'll be ok with redmi as well what u think
@@Techtablets I noticed that on the site, and zipped over here and was pleased to see you posted a video, (meaning your not ill, not complaining about content:) I imagine the manufacturing over there is ground to a halt. I'm ok thx, self isolating as we all are!
Realme is good but it hasn't proven itself when it comes to toughness. My Xiaomi phone has been with me for 3 years now, and it has fallen several times, but it's still smooth and batt is still tough like brand new. Ps: realme me 6 is more expensive but has lesser battery life.. realme price in Phil 17k , note 9s 10k.. with 6 gb ram and 128 rom. So overall Xiaomi is better.
@@yobu1914 u have a ferrari. It can go upto 200 kmps. But u say i m not able to drive @ 200 on my lane. Is it cheating? I'm willing to sacrifice 30w charging and 90hz refresh rate of realme 6 and go with redmi note 9s mainly because of the gorilla glass 5 back, then the sd720g and 5020mah battery as secondary reason. Thats it, that realme 6 will look shit just a few months of usage. It's just too prone to scratches, discoloration and it's not like it is completely invulnerable from drops, in fact I think the gorilla glass 5 will stand against drops much better than that plastic back and gorilla glass 3 front. I also don't use any type of cases because it hides the beauty of the phone and adds bulk.
thx Chris for the detailed comparison as always. small note: checked with singapore realme facebook page, the realme 6 sold in singapore doesn't have nfc [but realme 6 pro has]. so it seems nfc availability is dependent on region...
I think lack of ram bottlenecks the performance of the chip. Its not the storage or rom its the ram or the random access memory which helps the apps run more smoothly and helps the chip not to overwork.
I know this not a usual question. But I noticed you mentioned that realme 6 doesn't have any noise cancellation mic. Well, I'm planning to buy this phone, and I love to playing my guitar or doing song cover using a smarthphone. Considering that this phone doesn't have noise cancellation. Will that affect the sound quality when I'm recording a video ? Or is it only applicable while on a phone call. Please answer. TIA !
Realme 6 : great ui, 90hz, fast charging 30 watt, 1hr to fully charge, overheat, slightly greater chipset Redmi note 9s: more battery life, take 2hr 25min to fully charge, less heat, good chipset, screen bleeding issue
Just Got my Redmi Note 9s. MIUI has a lot of obvious bugs vs Realme UI. :( After the update last night -Screen/Home layout cannot change anymore after the built-in launcher update. -No auto call recording or built-in call recording -Darkmode is only applicable in some app of the phone unlike realme ui that you have the option to turn on and off with all applications being installed in realme os devices :( -weird thing when you customise you own wallpapaer, there are scenarios that it switches back to its default wallpaper
Just letting you know, Realme 6 is going to get an OTA update that adds UIS Max (Realme's video stabilization technology). UIS Max is already available at Realme 6 Pro, you can check it out if you're interested
your arrangements for the video is good and viewer has a choice of what he wants to see whether its camera, battery, gaming anything. you have an another subscriber and hope you get more
the choice was difficult. the possibility of using gcam and almost infinite battery vs screen with 90Hz and netflix. better comparative, well detailed.
Thanks a lot for the hard work as usual. While the redmi doesn't look really flagship-premium, it really doesn't look cheap like the realme does imo. I prefer it a lot, gonna replace my redmi note 7 (skipped the 8 as it was pretty much the same phone)
Thanks for the great comparison yet again! I haven't seen the Realme 6 or 6 Pro on Aliexpress so I can't seem to find a way to get it to Canada. Normally im a xiaomi fanboy but i'd love to get my hands on a Realme device. I've tried all the different european amazon pages and none ship to Canada unfortunately...

RU-vid reviewers often forget what audience is watching which type of videos. You don't have to remind us this is a cheaper phone, we are aware of that. This is why we are here. If we want better quality we would buy iPhones and Samsungs, etc. You don't have to mention the camera is meh but for its price it's good. It depends on what matters most to you. gaming, speed Helio G90T > Snapdragon 720G but only very marginal image processing Helio G90T < Snapdragon 720G temperature (SD runs cooler) Helio G90T < Snapdragon 720G battery life Helio G90T < Snapdragon 720G gcam support/games, developer support Helio G90T < Snapdragon 720G The Helio G90T is a better performer for gaming and everyday tasks but the Snapdragon 720G is really close to it in terms of speed. The Snapdragon 720G also is better in thermals. Mediatek (Helio G90T) has a bad reputation for their overheating chips. The Snapdragon 720G is better overall (but like I said it depends on what matters most to you. If you value speed above everything else, get the Realme 6 with its Mediatek Helio G90T) Mediatek is getting better but it is still the inferior chipmaker and it's not about to surpass Qualcomm anytime soon (but I think they'll get there just not soon). Mediatek is still on the old 12nm fabrication process in their chips, while Qualcomm is making chips with Samsung's more optimized, more efficient 8nm fabrication process. In the long run, Qualcomm chips perform and last longer.

Review was perfect however i wanted to know which has the better panel overall for media consumption (excluding Netflix) have seen a few reviews claiming that the realme has a significantly better ips panel and the redmis is rather dull.. is this true in your opinion?
I have realme 6 and redmi note 9s. Honestly realme 6 isn’t that hot on my daily usage and in gaming, its not that smooth compared on my redmi note 9s in gaming. Benchmark scores are higher on realme 6 but the gaming experience isn’t that smooth. The gpu is powerful on g90t but the snapdragon 720g is a lot stable and optimized on many games. Realme 6’s advantage for me is only the 90hrz and its not that noticeable for me honestly. Lastly the screen quality for me the better one is redmi note 9s it just lacks 90hrz
Those CPU Temps on Realme 6 is dangerous. It will kill itself slowly, even the battery. This is why I'm choosing Redmi Note 9 (Pro Max for faster charging). The performance isn't really that much different, I'd rather have a phone that I can play with for hours. Great comparison btw! 👍
