REALTORS Lawsuit | Will it be easier now? 

I could agree that some REALTORS are mediocre at best, and all they do is open doors.
But thinking that ALL the home buyers will go directly to the listing agent (after the new rules get implemented) because it will be easier is completely WRONG.
That model of business is only doable when the listing agent only has ONE home for sale.
What do you think will happen when a listing agent has 3 or 4 homes for sale? Or 7-9 homes for sale?
Do you really think they will be showing six or seven homes on a Saturday and Sunday?
Can a listing agent show their own listings to everyone? At any time? Do you think that will be easier for everyone?
You might say, “they can just have open houses”
Well, can listing agents have three or four open houses on a Saturday? And be there at the same time?
Is that something that agents really WANT to do so they can make more money, and have to lose all their time and freedom of the weekends?
Do you really believe that’s going to happen?
Do you think it’s easier for a buyer to have to set seven showing appointments with seven different listing agents at seven different times?
Do you really believe that’s going to make your life easier in the life of listing agents easier?
Explain to me how any of this makes anyone’s life easier?
