Brandon- began my real estate career watching your videos. You speak gospel! 8 months in off your RU-vid videos consistently prospecting I’ve done almost 13 transactions and counting. 90% of the transactions were listings! Thank you Brandon the train only gets faster from here!
I've been very fortunate to have accumulated over 200 subs and 4 solid leads with only 15 videos. This video has lit a fire under my ass to double down and be consistent. Cant imagine where I would be today if I uploaded 1 video every week since I started.... LFG!!
@@koplebob No excuses except I've been busy and have no been managing my time properly... Going on vacation tomorrow back Tuesday then will be getting back into it. Thanks for the accountability man!
I'm listening to this book in my car this morning thinking, how can I apply these principles to my real estate career outside of investing? BOOM! Here it is. This is exactly how. Beast of a video. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
I've been watching your videos for a while and this is by far the best and it's greatly appreciated. I used to be a Financial Advisor and I used to share the same investment principals with clients in regards to sticking to the plan and not jumping from one investment to another. You're right on with your message and I commend you for putting this out there. Bravo Brandon!
Wow, this was a great video, it really resonated with me! You can tell by the title you gave the video, and the fact that you took the time to bridge the topic into real estate that the book must have really resonated with you as well! I’m going to check it out
MAN THIS VIDEO IS SO POWERFUL! I AM LITERALLY SPEECHLESS! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS YOU HAVE POSTED! I WILL SAVE THIS AND WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU HAVE CRACKED THE CODE AND BROKEN IT DOWN TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND THAT THE THOUSANDS OF “NO IM NOT SELLING” NEED TO HAPPEN TO GET TO THE SUCCESS I AM WORKING TOWARDS. I ALREADY KNOW THIS BUT THIS JUST REALLY PUTS IT INTO PERSPECTIVE IN SUCH A WAY THAT GIVES ME MORE DRIVE TO GET OUT THERE AND KEEP GOING! 👏🏽✅
It's amazing how lessons from different fields can provide valuable insights into our own lives and businesses. Indeed, the concepts of consistency and avoiding the shiny object syndrome play significant roles in achieving success. Thank you Brandon, this was golden!
Love how you used it outside of real estate experience with your RU-vid channel. As someone who tried to start a channel (with a very very different topic) I found myself doing the same thing… shiny object syndrome. I had far better success than you did even… and I still gave up on it in a year. HOWEVER. What I notice, Brandon, is that when someone has shiny object syndrome, they don’t actually love what they’re doing. They just love what it could possibly give them in return… which in any person to person relationship, that’s toxic. Loving what you’re doing is absolutely necessary to be your “why”. Not because you want the money.
Beautiful Brandon. I love it when I read or listen to something that resonates with me deep down. This video did that. Just like seven habits of highly successful people, when I read that, I thought, this is me, this is how I feel. I’m just learning fundamentals to go with the feelings. I get that when I listen to your videos. I really appreciate you.
This video was amazing. I appreciate how vulnerable you were in sharing your RU-vid subscriber growth journey. Most people would have given up after a year, but you kept at it. That's something I struggle with as well. Learning to delay gratification and, as you said, not only focusing on the result but also embracing the ups and downs throughout the process helps keep you grounded and grow as both an agent and a person. #sticktoitiveness
Consistency is the key, so long as you're doing something with an upside and you acquire skills other's don't have. Many people stick in a deadend jobs their whole life and don't make much progress.
To your point on lesson 4: when is enough, enough? May I know how do you explain the mindset of the world richest people like Elon Musk, Zucks, Bezos or even Buffet, they could well be retiring, why are they still working everyday, thinking of how to grow their businesses? Isn't it contradictory as to them there is no such thing as enough.
Wow! Thank you for this! I’ve read the phycology of money and hearing you explain the lessons from a real estate business POV is incredibly enlightening 🙌🙏👏
Thanks for the review and explaining the application towards RE, Brandon, I was scoping this book out a few days ago at a Barnes N Noble but didn't purchase it though. I will soon though. Add it to my arsenal of books and take notes later on. I'm currently taking notes from a book called, "The neuroscience of selling."
As a realtor in my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!
You are right! I’ve diversified my 450K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment coach, I have been able to generate a little bit above $830k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.
this is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Great video! Brandon I been having some luck with the absentee I appreciate you talking about them! I was just curious a lot of them say they only want to sell if I have a buyer they don’t want to list though, how do you get around that?
Great video Brandon! My question is how do you buy your freedom? The agent you coached that went bankrupt from starting a team sound like he was trying to buy his freedom but it didn’t work out for him. What do you suggest? I think would be a good topic for a video
How would you apply this to a part time agent with a w2 job. Also with w2 job what is the most efficient way to prospect? Pay for lead gen, door knock, something else?
People might not tell you, but you give way too much fluff and filler bro, maybe thats a salesman trick and trying tonget emotions involved w a story, but the real people who are making it happen dont have time for the 80 percent filler bs. Hope you take that w the intention it was meant to give feedback in an honest manner since youre likely wealthy nobody around you is going to tell you anything they think will make you mad because youre the golden goose they need, it is what it is, keep on crushing it.
