Absolutely love the themes this year, I've wanted a tropical island for so long. A shame we didn't see any tiki or headhunter props, but super exciting we got themes as awesome as these regardless!
The island music in the background should be played in the stores when you walk past the display, similar to the 2019 S.S. Rip Tide or the 2015 Spirit Station Z.
@backstreet girls honey. you told somebody to stop for no reason. now your acting like your GeTtInG BuLlIeD when somebody tells you that the person is right. jesus christ. i think you might be a little too young for youtube buddy.
@@BarthvaderHalloween The one in the demo is a finalized version of Uncle Charlie. This one is a prototype with a different face mold. You can also see the prototype of Peek-A-Boo if you pay attention to his colors. The ones for videos generally don't have distorted faces because they even them out before shooting.
Notice how 1. Crouchy still has the prototype audio in this video 2. Jack straws arms aren’t setup right 3. no skeleboner costume ): 4. They Fixed Pete’s audio 5. They fixed jack straws audio 6. Uncle Charlie is the prototype, as is a lot of the ones in the video (but he has eyebrows 😳)
Given Covid-19 & the restrictions Spirit Halloween probably had when making their animatronics displays this year, I think they did a great job all things considered. I love the flames.
Yeah it’s the same size and everything that usually is, I don’t think they had any restrictions. The only thing they changed was removing the walkthrough in the back which was kinda useless imo.
Kiera Todd what the displays? I don’t think they clean them since there is no reason too. There not high contact surfaces. Plus there cardboard so you may not want to get them wet with cleaning supplies.
Yay! The Reaper's Island is the most amazing experience ever also I want to see it as my kind of spooktacular paradise also I hope that Jack himself has been busy enjoying a fangtastic and fiendish vacation with his best fiends forever. Hahahaha!
I mean, most amazing experience is kinda an over reaction. It is just cardboard, and it definitely isn’t the best theme they’ve done. You can’t tell me this nonsense with random characters is better than the clown train or the asylum that both had fitting animatronics that made sense.
Of course the flagship store has to have the working Animatronics, and the some other stores have some that don’t work when the employees just set them out. (I’m not trying to hate but it’s just something I noticed)
@@Bluemantopvids the back theme for 2020 (reapers island cave) was originally supposed to be a volcano and have a walkthrough in it but it was scrapped due to Covid 19 being so bad at the time
@@Bluemantopvids ok well still how was I supposed to know? Excuse me for telling you information I didn’t know you already had. I thought you still might not have knew yet
If I were to describe this in one word, it would be, AMAZING! Love the flames on the tops of the pillars, and the walkway. I also really would like to buy that banner, and maybe the pillars too? It just a overall cool theme. Good job!
I absolutely love Spirit Halloween!!! They got the best animatronics! Even tho I never had one I’m sure I’ll get one by next Halloween!!! Love y’all Spirit Halloween!!!
I love spirit i am a big fan me and my dad are a huge fan and we buy these animatronics every year since 2010 thanks for putting these awesome animatronics together. me and my dad are doing a animatronic makeover someday
when the video gets to uncle charlie and peek a boo clown the island/jungle music gets louder and i love it also where is Tina shes a static but she deserves screen time too lol
you guys did an amazing job this year!! not the best years in my opinion, but a very cool one!! also it almost looks as if they used something to block out the costumes from the shot. that makes it feel more real!!
I like the pig and the big clown. Nice Halloween I went to spirit on Sunday lol I saw a nurse that had no eyes it can turn it’s head around. So that means I like the pig and big clown and that nurse And last but on least penny wise lmao
I hope you guys all know who Steve Dunn is. Edit: Another example is: 2020 THEME CANCELLED REAPERS ISLAND THEME IS NO 2020 THEME CANCELLED SPIRIT HALLOWEEN NOT OPEN 2020 REAPERS ISLAND CANCELLED SPIRIT HALLOWEEN 2020.
If your stuck in the past hauntress, punctured Pete,Sam,harvester of souls and night crawler were brought back for 2021 all others were put online only which just now more than a dozen props have been discontinued
this theme is cool, especially since it works as a sort of sequel to last year's ship/aquatic theme, but the only problem I have is the lack of theme-fitting props combined with the oversaturation of clowns (not that there's anything wrong with clowns, but too much of anything will ruin it). since they know their new props would be clown-heavy, why not return to the multi-theme format and give the clowns their own theme?
Cameron John it’s not even that I have a problem with clowns, clown train was one of their best themes imo. I might still be somewhat biased since I’m not personally scared of clowns but I know they’re a common fear so they’re definitely not going to stop soon. But like, they knew the majority of their new props were going to be clowns, why not make a clown theme? It seems like, while the themes have gotten more creative, the props have stopped fitting into the theme. 2017 (spirit hollows bridge/area 31) was the last multi-theme year. 2018 (spirit acres farm/dead harvest farmhouse) was the last time spirit made the theme for the props. S.S. Riptide at least tried to tie in the props with some of the buildings in the wharf section. Reaper’s Island seems to just be a bunch of random props jumbled together and put in an equally random theme, which I guess could have been the intention. Horror version of the island of misfit toys perhaps? That could tie the props to the theme better, but doesn’t solve the clown issue. Business wise, they have to keep making a variety of props to satisfy as many tastes as possible, which is why I believe the multi-theme format worked best- multiple props could be worked into the set it fits best, and the need for variety would be satisfied while keeping consistent themes.
nickythehickey OMG yess! I just made that connection the other day to RTRNR. It’s funny because the Jack in the box (Fright in the box), his name isn’t Jack (Jack the reaper) it’s Charlie (Uncle Charlie)
Bro i remember going to spirit Halloween the first time I was 4 and the year was 2016 I remember sitting scarecrow and all the other animatronics I come to spirit Halloween every year now :D
anyone notice that the uncle charlie they used had a deformed face? also i know sometimes they come disformed but i think they would use a perfect one for the video right? just wondering.
@@HolidaySpirit04 oh lol also i watch ur videos and they're awesome and i think u had a channel before with like a bunch of subs but i forgot the name.... like pumpkin something
We might always have a clown or two every year but I think the props are getting a little more animated and/or detailed with how they operate. Maybe that's the next generation?
One of the weaker themes, because of the corona virus. I wouldn’t mind new props with the same theme next year, and with a better display (An actual cave, more fitting props, etc.)
0:06 crouchy 0:09 the butcher 0:11 the hauntress 0:12 demonic dahlia 0:17 punctured Pete 0:25 fright in the box 0:29 pennywise 0:33 Sam 0:38 Johnny punk 0:42 red and black jumping spider 0:47 Jack straw 0:53 uncle Charlie 1:01 peekaboo clown
Instead of having the old props from 2019 on display, i feel like they should’ve put the new props that were in box only, and have the old 2019 ones be the box only ones.
