@@Pistaspararequinto traction bars are best for that. But if your you got spongy springs it should help make them bit stiffer. And help ease the jumping. They are pretty cheap come as a set of two just measure the width from outer coil thru to other end of the coil . Then when ya get the size you think is bout same round width and. The height your preference is. You just jack up one side at a time - ( please be sure to chock the wheels and put e brake on and use jack stands ). Safety first and double check that your safe and car is definitely solidly safe . Then ya can proceed. To twist these into position into each rear springs. Be sure each side is put in at the same point on the springs Thst way you’ll have equal height and weight distribution while driving. Hope that helps. Good luck and please always be safe always double check when jacking a car up and stabilizing the car. Before EVER getting under your vehicle.

Essentially it just replaces a portion of the spring by a nearly solid part, so it's very similar to shorter springs, just without lowering the suspension. The car will have less upward suspension travel, leading to a harsher ride.
