I did something similar to that. I made a hitch with the winch on it. There was a steep gravel boat ramp into my favorite fishing hole. My 2wd truck wouldn't be able to climb out of there empty let alone pulling the boat up out of the water. I put a bigger wheel on the jack and winched the boat in and out of the water.
Without that rear mount system, it would have never happened. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new front bumper system. The rear mount was only 75 bucks.
