Thank you for this information. I am worried about the feet of the chicks, I believe you used net, to enable the droppings go into the pond. What kind of net did you use? Does it not affect the feet of the chicks? How long do you brood them in that cage? Thank you for your anticipated response.
I will brood them for like 7 weeks.. During this time I add little chicks there too.. I will continually sort the big ones out and leave small ones.. For the feet the are very comfortable because we used double mash
