As a experienced dog owner( currently have 2 dutch shepherds, belgian malinois and a corgi) this behavior shouldn't be tolerated. These breeds are not for weak or first time owners. If these dogs sence weakness. They would show dominance.
My friend had the same breed and had same behaviour. The dog was once angry and bite the jaw of my friend’s sister and she was taken to hospital and took 6 months to recover.
When owners without common sense and dogs without training come together. It's a perfect combination of threat towards own family members and towards public safety. And they think it's funny.
There is no dominant in a healthy relationship, there is give-and-take. This husband’s priorities are messed up if he’s not putting his wife safety first. @@spiralrose You are right even if we wrongly assume that man is dominant even then as a dominant partner his decision should have been the safety and respect for his wife. Dominant nature can't be an excuse for behaving like a bully.
Dogo Argentinos are actually very calm breed until provoked. They are so big but they actually act very docile until they’re in guard mode. And they’re not unpredictable. Rottweilers are unpredictable. That’s why they were also decommissioned from police services in the USA. And German shepherd, Belgian mallinois and basset hounds are used. Rottweilers ki kab khisak jaati hai unko bhi nahi pata and because of the bite force and strength theyre extremely fatal. Dogo argentinos have more brains for sure.

This is disaster waiting to happen. You need to train the male dog. He is crossing his line. He should understand that he can't get aggressive on family members.Never ask the lady to back off. Instead, stand with her and make the dog respect her.
I have a Rottweiler at home myself and the only person who can turn this beast into a baby is my mother. He is always next to her and always wants pets from her. He’s so aggressive with everyone, except women in the family. My mother has even hit him with chappals like a regular brown kid and he’s taken it without any aggression - my father (the man who actually brought him home) can never dare.
When u asked your wife to move away from the chair while bubsy was watching her, didn't it make him realise that he is the one who is dominant between the two. You just gave his alpha behaviour wrt your wife a solid boost !
This behaviour actually raises concern. Both of the dogs were calm before the lady screams at male Rotty. You shouldn't shout at them when they are relatively calm. Correct them and raise your voice ( only raise) on spot when they do wrong. When they are calm there is no need scream at them for something they did in past.
I did said the same... Doggo shouldn't be blamed afterwards,coz bulls have some mood swing issues specially in hot countries.... Trust me, she's in danger, carefull future ahead....

The dog clearly needs to be trained. Also, instead of asking the kind lady to move away, you should correct your dog right then and there. This kind of action is only rewarding him for such behavior. This might become dangerous sometime in the future. But I guess the dog parents already know these things because they have two adult dogs. Just giving my 2 cents here.
dogs in general, as well as rottweilers, are highly intuitive and intelligent.. they can pick up on the tone of voice that humans use with them, and they can hear and sense disrespect and aggression in the voice..
if you speak to this dog in a tone of voice that a mother or father speaks to their baby, and you form a relationship with them like this, treating them as the pure hearted, gentle giant creatures of god that they are- as pure hearted as a baby is to its mother or father, and if you are not lying in your heart when you do this, (as dogs have intuitive intelligence, and thus, can sense lies in the hearts of men).. then, there is no aggressive dog, and also, there is NO aggressive rottweiler. LOVE for ROTTWEILERS for life!
I really don’t understand why a Rottweiler been shown as aggressive . It’s all about how you raise him and command him . Our first dog is Rottweiler never chained him unless he go for walk due to people are scared . He is powerful ,gentle . Most importantly is he needs your trust & time in return he will give you love ,Loyalty and keep you healthy . Rottweiler is the best breed I had ❤
By nature, rottweilers detest getting yelled at. They can listen to a calm and firm voice and learn to behave. But when you try to act like a boss, they won't be nice to you.
I have 2 Cane Corso male and a female. This ain't normal behavior for a male dog. My male and female know never to cross the line with my wife. Even when im not at home I know my wife is safe with both of them.
