Thank you Pastor and I thank you Lord for bestowing upon us your eternal blessings that we never could have earned. Please help me to live in a way that is pleasing in your sight.
So many great scriptures that really bring home that we are sealed and complete in Christ and can’t lose it. But of course try to live Godly. Great teaching!
I'm continually reminding myself of Romans 8:31 "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?" Through Romans 8:39. These verses I must say, touch my heart the most. So endearing.
Cliff is a wonderful brother in Christ. Always in service to those in the body. I'm also very fond of this channel. If you haven't already, I also recommend watching pastor Richard Jordan of Shorewood Bible Church. An amazing preacher. God bless
Faith: Faith is not the product of a preacher’s compelling presentation, his eloquence, or even his theological soundness-faith is given through the message about Jesus. This is the means God has chosen.
Great clarification of faith, grace and everlasting rewards. QUESTION: With Silver and Gold being unequal AND obviously being discernable.. Could you IN YOUR OPINION SUGGEST maybe what are the Gold and Silver...Maybe 5 in each category? Thanks from Utah...I would ask in person if we were there. God Bless to you and your family.
@@ColumbusBibleChurch When you answer the Question about the Apostle creed, could you include the difference in faith Romans 3:30 ....the circumcision by faith, and the uncircumcision through faith. Thank You.
The apostles creed does not and is not the gospel of Christ as revealed to Paul via our risen Lord. Show me where either creed the Catholics recite (Nicene or Apostles creed) say that Christ died for our sins. See the slight deception you and they have never noticed! The devil is slick …. I’ll be waiting for you to find it…….
They also believe one must be baptized, receive the sacraments, go to mass, and many other thing that are not biblical. I was raised Catholic and I’m well aware of all of the false beliefs of that religion.
12:43 Great White Throne ? Rom 14:10 for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 2 Cor 15:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; Paul teaches - Judgement Seat of Christ for believers NOT Great White Throne ... Rev 20:11-15 Great White Throne does not apply to the saved/believers in this current dispensation of grace.
From my understanding, everyone will appear at the Great White Throne. We will be guilty of our sins, but Christ paid the penalty for them. The books will be opened and those who are in Christ will be in the lamb's book of life and therefore their names will remain in THE book of life. If they are not in the lamb's book of life, their names are blotted out of THE book of life and they will be cast into the lake of fire. Hope this helps. God bless
I have a question. True story no names. I knew a pastor very well assumed he was saved. He now is in a open homosexual relationship and believes God has brought them together. Now, is he saved. According to OSAS he is still saved. So how do you reconcile this?
@TeachingChurch What is there to reconcile? It is rather obvious that saved people still sin. The fact that a saved person sins hardly means OSAS is false. The believer was not saved by works to begin with. Grace.
@@ColumbusBibleChurch by stating that we are not saved by works and that a believer stills sins is pointing out the obvious. Every single and I mean every single conversation I have had with OSAS people they can not answer my questions and can not defend their poistion
@@ColumbusBibleChurch by your statement you are saying a believer can be in a homosexual relationship knowing it is against Gods word. And that a believer can knowingly and opening sin against God. That is quenching the Holy Spirit and mocking God. If when I became a believer and did not become a new creation and let the holy spirit convict me of my sin then I am not saved. You can not continue to willfully sin and think you are saved
27:40 Crown of Life, James 1:21, Rev 2:10 is for us now ? Where does Paul teach that ? James 1:1 to the 12 tribes, that's not us so unless for general knowledge why bring up THE CROWN OF LIFE ? Rev ch2 clearly speaks of effort/works to the TRIBULATION Churches so is not applicable to us now. Suggest readers of this comment RU-vid Pastor Richard Jordan from Shorewood Bible Church for a better understanding of Revelation.
