If you look up the company that can produce the most concrete and build the wall it is HQ in Mexico. It's called CEMEX. It is actually the biggest cement company in North America and only company that can build at the border and has the supplies and people to back them up. Their stock went up after Trump won. They use Mexican workers to competitively bid and complete projects faster and cheaper then any other concrete company in North America. Americans will pay, but Mexicans will get paid! If the wall gets built without CEMEX (highly unlikely) it will probably cost 4-20x more. And if Americans get these jobs this border will never get built in 4 years much less 20 and probably bring America to its knees financially.

What if I told you, Mexico is a western country with similar cultural values (is a democracy) and that most Mexicans have @ least partial white ancestry (as if race even matters) I see no difference between current immigration from Latin America and previous waves of immigrants from Ireland and Italy.
