Don't get me wrong I love all of them but most Kpop idols are just "idol dancers" while Momo, she is a professional dancer who is an idol.

I love Momo and she is an amazing dancer, but as a dancer myself I can say that she is definitely not a "professional dancer". It's going to be a long explaination and I don't want to bore you, so I'll just use an example. Choreographer Lia Kim has once praised Momo's dancing and called her an "Idol dancer". Korean professionals are always straight-to-the-point type of people so if momo would have been a professional dancer, then she would have called her "dancer" instead of "idol dancer".

Yes but She's not the only one though. I know idols who dance for their life. They are in different dance studios and make their own choreographies there. Though they don't get released on yt, they constantly release dances on their Instagram, all the time. Edit: and the phrase "she's not an idol dancer, she's a professional dancer" is said by literally every fandom lol. It's not like i disagree momo is a dancer but it's just funny how everyone says it.

I don't know if that's the right term but anyway I thought most dancers would have the same opinion if they evaluate her by the same dance technique standards, it appears not all dancers judge her skills with the same dance technique standards (I don't know if it's the right term, but I hope it's understandable) but anyway since you said her dance isn't really smooth, can you give me a reference for a 'smooth' dancing? I have watched some kpop dance ranking stuff. One that was EXTREMELY detailed and not just "oh yeah. She can do this". No every step was analysed to the fullest and i think Momo had 93/100. As comparison to lisa, because i know she will be mentioned. Lisa had (i think) 86/100. As you can see, both are the upper parts and still can improve here and there, yet both are very incredible dancers and of course you can talk about your favourite dancer. At the end both are amazing, so dont talk bad about another dancer. Also Seulgi is very underrated. Red Velvets choreos don't do her justice. Watch Seulgi & Taeyong - Make A Wish Dance. I was VERY VERY SHOOK

@@bogusguhl2715 she's a great dancer, no question about it, what she lacks tho is musicality, she's dancing well but kind of disconnected with the music hence there's nothing unique in her dancing, its more mechanical. Her male counterpart that I can think of is bts Jhope, a very high technical and consistent dancer but he lacks musicality as well which makes his performance receive less impact with the watching audience. At least his enthusiasm when dancing makes me enjoy watching him, with momo, I know she's great but its comes off as bland for me.

I completely agree with this video. Momo is an amazing dancer, and by "amazing" I mean ✨AMAZING✨ and extraordinary and no one else can do it like Momo. and she's definitely the on point best dancer. But TBH, idk why, even tho Momo is one of my ult bias, I do love other Idols' "dancing style" more. I can also notice that all idols have diff. styles when dancing. Momo is simply the bestest dancer! She is a very complete dancer and her dancing talent can excel in any genre or style because she is so versatile ! The main reason of why she's so good is because of her pure love and passion towards dancing , she is always ready to learn , practice and teach others. Dance, Food & Sleep is all she ever desire. In twice we have so many talented dancers and having Momo as a main dancer totally makes twice choreographies so powerful , beautiful and complete to watch. I honestly feel so proud that she is a member of TWICE
