In a land where so many are seeking jobs, why is it so very difficult to find anyone to even respond to a real job opportunity! It's crazy! Everyone believes that every job posting is a scam.
I'm very surprised for these candidates that they did not prepare for their interviews and they even did not show up. I had an interview course before I left my college and I was ready to find job. Luckily, I worked for this great Travelers Insurance Company for 30 years as a Sr. Account Underwriter. I decided to take my early retirement and travel to see the world.
