He's the goat of voice over content, but when it comes to upload speed and recap choice he's like top 3. Plus he does a lot of work to put everything together to make it easy for us while updating consistently but other people have a lot more content (albeit at the cost of quality).

That’s not really what happens in the manga. He uses his blood to make it where they’re constantly on the verge of getting off so that they have sex willingly. The elf and human males are for female goblins, though it never specifies anyone in particular. The story doesn’t go that deep into it, but there are 9 or 10 panels that explain the different tolerances the races have to his blood and how quick it wears them down.
