thank you, long story short, we moved here to our lake house a few years ago, we had it for years but it was just a 2nd vacation home, needless to say living here full time we needed more space, so we waited and found a perfect place for us and i will be leaving my shed/nursery but redoing it at the new place, we will be selling this current house this summer once we get settled in excited but yes lots of work in our busiest season for hvac
