Do a stripe delete then paint them on and never have to worry about peeling repaint the whole car same color.it is one of the best colors they have in a pear maroon/burgundy then see if you can get a set of hellcat wheels in hyper black they look silver but flip flop to black depending on how you look at it.i have a set of 2015 viper SRT wheels brand new in the boxses 18x10 front 19x13 rear for a 2000 dodge Dakota RT I am hellcat swapping keep up the good work guys love the Mopar content 👌👍✌️🇺🇲🇺🇸

After watching the frame machine and your expertise on how to get everything lined up and adding the new fenders, and hood you can’t tell it was every hit.

Love the build so far. Keep it the same colour. To me cars should be the same OEM colour as they were build it makes it feel better but that just me. As for the stripes. My dad has a 2021 Challenger Hellcat and he has had the replaced twice in a year of owning the car. To me could be a manufacture defect or the glue that used was the issue so your not the only one with that problem.

Really interesting to see comments on damage on these dodges . They are made to be rebuilt just finished my hellcat rebuild that took 6 months. I love these cars

Really like your work and videos. A dumb question though. I see all of the power tools that you guys have. Why do you still use a ratchet and socket to remove and reinstall all of the bolts on these builds. !/4" or 3/8" driver would make it much faster.

You should get some custom badging and make it the DEADCAT edition, because that's what it is. I still say that thing has a spun bearing.

Not repairing the frame rails is a big mistake because due to the buckles the textile strength of the rails was severily weakened..I wouldn't want the car..check out the master Arthur Tussik, he never fails to repair and reinforce weakened material.. I love your page so I don't want to appear mean..just concerned for the unaware buyer..It may be a factor if it's ever totaled again..Paul..

Beauty is only skin deep yep all new panels on the car & adjust the gaps BUT DRIVE TRAN HAS BEEN BEAT for four years. I'm afraid that car has been "run hard and put away wet" as the old saying goes. The pervious owners must have driven that monster hard. Clearly wasn't well taken care of. You guys are amazing with your skills! Giving that car a 2nd chance!

If you do a color change then do it right as mentioned in another comment, engine bay, door jams etc. Also another comment mentioned that the car belonged to a car club that abused it and you could have a bad motor. It'll be interesting to see where this ends, hopefully new paint good motor and new wheels.

Car belonged to a member to Street Demon's Baton Rouge car club. This car was wrecked and then stripped for most of the good parts. Also that engine I believe was swapped as well with a blown motor before being dumped at co-part. Car was abused and stunted in the streets almost every weekend for the last few years. Never ever buy a crashed mopar from a city with a known hood car club scene. You are asking for trouble. There is a reason this car was only 12K and that is because almost every mechanical part on it has been abused or stripped.
