Rebuilding A Wrecked 2019 Ford Raptor!!! 

Those 5 front amber lights and 5 red ones in the back are required by DOT since it’s wider than a normal truck.

PRO TIPS: •Lift kits ruin raptors •Aftermarket fenders and besides are cheaper and wider than oem (Adv is the best) •Velocity blue is tri coat paint using a candy blue clear coat •Method wheels are the way to go for raptors •Power running boards lead to destroyed rear fenders from rocks and sand blasting because raptor boards stick out and are very good at protecting the truck •It looks like your front bumper is salvageable, the ends of it come off separately •37s do not fit raptors unless you drop $20k+ on suspension and body work, I can't stress that enough •wheels over 17" are lame as hell

I liked the house build. I’m a jack of all trade myself, but I’m glade to see automotive content back. I like that pops is helping. Youngsters made pops retire and change jobs. I assume he drove truck by the old videos, either way I love the content.

This is gonna be a sick build. Definitely do a suspension upgrade with a small 2 inch lift. Turbo upgrade with downpipes, tuned, e85, etc.

You guys should do a long travel build I know there are some cool kits out there to make it wider and beefier.

The 3 amber lights have to be there by law because of the 80" width of the truck.

WITH A RAPTOR oh my goodness this has been in my top list of dream ride's ever , of course the RAM TRX beast as well two best trucks ever !!!!! Love you guys and super excited to see y'all back on cars LET'S DO IT BOYZ !!!!! Definitely bcos of carbon fiber on the interior , gotta go with some carbon fiber on the exterior for sure but I equally love these fiber-glass fenders but Idk , anyway the driver side rear door , passenger side rear door , and the quarter panel you guys can repair it no doubt you got the skills boyz !!! the bed and the passenger side front door for sure need to be replaced , the fender it would be awesome to see it get repaired guys please!!! unless you want to go carbon fiber otherwise save that fender!!! the Hood IDK but I think the carbon fiber would be epic and insane ,the mods definitely EXHAUST AND all the awesome goodies up on the engine maybe even go with UPGRADED TURBO'S !!!!!! IDK ???!!! but yeah I think staying with the same suspension or or if you want increase the height maybe some spacers or a just the small 2-inch lift is more than enough bcos the look , it height everything's beautiful already. The 3 lights in the middle are a DOT requirement. Most 1/2 ton pickups are made to be within 1/2 inch of the max width before they need to have them. The Raptor, TRX and pretty much every HD truck made are over that width and must have those 3 center lights.

Aren't the clearance lights required due to the truck being so wide? I don't think that the Ram was copying Ford as much as they were meeting DOT requirements.

any vehicle in america 80 inches wide (or more) must have minimum 3 amber front facing lights (spaced between 6 and 12 inches apart) the raptor has them but the regular F150 doesn't as its 79.9 inches wide.

Hey guys, the 3 lights on the trucks are called 'identification lights. ' Their purpose is to alert following drivers that the vehicle equipped with these lights is wider than 80 inches.

You guys should do a either a long-travel or mid-travel suspension conversion to it!!!! Not only would it make more "jumpable" but probably make it wider too!

7:10 trucks over a certain width are required to have marker lights. It gives drivers on the road warning that you are a larger wider vehicle and to give more clearance on narrower roads.
