Todays the day I finally get the wrecked Porsche 911 GT3 back on the road since it was crashed when Adam Lz owned it. I’ve repaired all the structural damage, but now comes the expensive part … So many parts on the Porsche were damaged in the crash and I’ve got to replace them all! But it’s not as easy as it looks!

I wasn't even interested in cars a couple of weeks ago, let alone in restoring wrecked ones - until I stumbled across one of them Mat's videos. 2 weeks later here I am, compulsively checking his channel for the next update on that 911GT3 rebuild. The time frame this man is completing this build in is ridiculous! Other people would stretch this series into 20+ parts(looking at you Goonzquad). The level of quality he is putting into the rebuild is admirable. He isn't cutting any corners!

Awesome work mate!. Regarding the cooling solution I have something that's worked for me on a slightly different model Porsche. Run the car up to temp and while running it, pop the cap open very slowly until the pressure starts forcing air and very minimal amounts of coolant out, yes it will make a slight mess, yes use a large towel to protect yourself but it will force any air out physically to that point of the system, rince and repeat 2-3 times and i'm tipping it'll be perfect. Amazing job and loving the build series.

Class content as always! Quick tip on the adjustable shocks, count the threads e.g. 17 visible threads to start with and you want to add more preload (stiffen the spring tension) then you would tighten the lock rings to reveal 2 additional threads, for example.

I had the same exact coolant bleeding issues when I built my BMW e30 s52 swap. The key for me was to fill the heater core lines themselves and then the whole system.

Looking great Mat! Almost there. All that suspension adjustment is not for “lowering”, but to set it up for track use and getting your preferred setup for each track. Also, I would try to find the torque requirements for items like those subframe bolts. They are pretty important.
