Feeling old? Dude I had to use them at school. By the time internet was a thing, I was in 8th grade here in Australia. We always had a joke growing up about encyclopaedias: by the time they were released that year, the information was already 1 year out of date. So frustrating as a kid lol.
Tip to Adam: Most biz have two different providers and your firewall/router will switch to the 'backup' internet. FL sucks for internet but guess only real option is verizon fios (it was ran 15-10years ago in most central FL including rural areas). However, if brighthouse (or whatever the new name is) or timewarner offers coaxial internet (or Verizon) then use the fiber for primary and the coaxial modem as your backup (or two cable modems from separate companies but it is VERY rare an address will have that). Ideally primary and backup should be from different companies. Of course if only one company serves that address then you can't do much. Side tip: know where the coax or fiber runs in your ground to avoid digging in that area. I would assume you have a network professional since you likely have APs for wifi in all the buildings, switches, underground runs to each building so the whole place only pays for 1connection (or two if you can get one as a backup) so consult them (hopefully isn't just some computer guy off the street and your network and wifi coverage sucks, is unsecured, etc). In the rare chance you want to consult me send me a message and I can point you in the right direction.

Not really sure what those first two sentences mean but I agree with the last one that plasti gauge isn't some horrible inferior method. Prob more accurate for those without precision measuring experience
dunno if it's still a problem but for a while they've had a 6 month waiting list to get starlink. but yeah kinda surprised they haven't done it unless they're in the process of trying to get an ISP to install fiber to the compound.
Adam and Duarte, you guys should pick up some 2j, 1j, rb’s, sr20’s, and ls v8 short and long blocks to have in inventory. (Obviously no warrenty) Would go a long way if someone needed a reputable place to get a short or long block shipped or picked up ASAP. I bet they would sell really fast. Your connections getting these engines would help us average folk a lot haha.

Triple clean that shit I did my timing belt today and cleaned up decided to go back and clean up again just to be safe, what did I find? a small piece of copper wire I used to hold the cams sitting behind the crankshaft pulley hidden by the belt. ALWAYS CLEAN 3 times.
I only just graduated highschool in 2020 and still saw encyclopedias in the library. They used to make us go in there so we’d know how a library works and for projects

I freaking love the livery right now, but imagine a similar one in the green? Would be super sick. But dude you are such a nice guy that when you compete with the big boys, during competition, you have to get a little nasty. Not be a jerk, but be sure of yourself. Have confidence in your ability and the hard work you’ve put in. I used to play a professional sport and my theory always was, put the preparation in, and all you have to do is trust in that hard work. If you know you’ve done everything you needed to in order to perform at the highest level, that’s all the confidence you need. Good luck next season!!

Adam, you, jimmy, rudnik, Tommy, tj, should alll do a CHEAP car build, give everyone 6months buy a cheap car that no one likes, and do a “street” build… then all of y’all could do a a series of challenges. Maybe get hoonigan in on it. Hell or cleetus…. Race around the track, do some bracket races in the drag strip next door. Losers have to give away there cars(also gives a chance for all of them to make money with there giveaway cars). Winner gets a cash prize. Everyone gets dope content. Makes some money, sure it takes away from other projects but the content 👌🏼 and you all could drop special merch for each build. Sort of a roadkill vibe.
