Are there schools they attend to experience before applying for a mechanics job? Are parts available readily and guarantees or warranties? I'm truly amazed at their work ethics! They would do exceptionally well here in the states. Really enjoy your great videos!

I find this far more satisfying and amazing than seeing it built in a shop.. its crazy what skilled men they are with limited tools and facilities

The days before ratchets, ratchet wrenches, air tools. and having clean surfaces to set things on to prevent dirt/rocks contamination and scratches. If this engine was previously rebuilt in the same conditions, it will have such complete damage. Do you work in wind blowing dirt?Day off?
