Rebuild Saint Etienne, they have the most Ligue 1’s but haven’t won one since 1980

A rebuild I’m actually exited for and I’m not even a Forest Fan. Rebuild Saint-Étienne that would be a good one they’ve won loads of Ligue Un titles but haven’t won one since 1980 with the PSG dominance proving too much. They’ve called massively and were in a bit of a relegation battle this season before the French League was cancelled. Another one I would suggest is Luton Town who are sitting very low in the Championship and if the season resumes will be relegated down to the Third Tier of English Football they have a decent amount of history and are now sitting with a terrible FIfA squad it would be a challenge to rebuild either as they have difficult squads and youth may need to be invested in. One other thing I would say is try the Atletic Bilbao Rebuild and just do the players in the region they are allowed to sign players from. Your a great RU-vidr been watching since FIFA 18 which I know wasn’t long ago but I’m not gonna lie about when I started watching. Rebuilding FC Schalke 04 would be nice to see after a disastrous season they had last season, they have some good talent in the squad, would be nice to see what you'd do with the team again.

Bcz now every rebuild is like: signing a high-70 potential youngster, making him an 84 with dynamic potential, selling him for 120mil and getting a 91 rated replacement in...It's getting kinda stale so I think restricting yourself to players that won't grow too much would be kinda exciting.
