So much easier to do all this when you don't have to worry about things like player injuries, player-coach personality clashes, off the court issues, and conduct detrimental to the team. You mostly picked players based on star value and neglected to consider keeping players with strong game fundamentals or acquiring players with strong basketball acumen. It was all about getting star players and making sure you had enough money to pay them. The real managers are out there trying to put an actual team together. You have to treat this as chess, not checkers. That's why you went out in the 2nd round.
